Teaching file management system



1. Teaching files refer to archives that have saved value in the school's teaching activities.

2. The scope of the teaching archives includes:
Policy-oriented and instructional teaching files and relevant regulations issued by the competent department of higher education;
Various teaching archives and teaching rules and regulations formulated by the school;
Various plans and plans for teaching capital construction, teacher training programs and implementation, and educational resources statistics materials;
School semester teaching work plans and summaries of schools, departments and teaching and research sections;
School calendar, teaching progress sheet, general schedule, teacher's letter of appointment and curriculum, semester lecture plan, course summary, etc.;
Course design task book, graduation design task book, excellent graduation design;
Student roster, changes in student status, student achievement, statistical analysis of student achievement, graduate quality tracking survey, and other materials;
Teaching research projects, industry economic education research reports and materials, teaching reform implementation plans and summaries, typical empirical materials and teaching research publications, journals, briefings, etc.;

3. The teaching archives management agency is responsible for the Academic Affairs Office.

4. Teaching archives are classified, managed, catalogued and archived by year;

5. File management personnel must collect and organize various teaching files in a timely manner.

6. The teaching archives management personnel shall collect, organize and file the teaching files according to the catalogue according to the semester.

7. The teaching file management personnel should keep the files in a safe place, prevent the files from being bad, causing human damage, or loss.

8. The archives room should have facilities such as fire prevention and theft prevention.

9. The file management personnel should regularly check the archives room and the saved teaching files, and fill in the management records carefully.

10. Borrowing the teaching files must be approved by the person in charge of the file management department, and fill out the “Teaching File Borrowing Registration Form” to explain the reasons for borrowing and borrowing and returning the date. The borrower shall keep the files borrowed in a safe place, and may not fold, alter, draw lines, circle, or cut and paste.

11. Access to the teaching archives must be approved by the person in charge of the archives management department, and the file management personnel should be removed and opened.

12. In the process of borrowing and reviewing, causing file damage, loss, etc., report to the file management department immediately.
