In order to promote the comprehensive strength of the school and the further improvement of the school-running level, promote the healthy development of the school's scientific research work, and strive to create a positive and positive atmosphere, in line with the principle of “advocating scientific research and encouraging advanced”, referring to the practices of the brothers and universities, to the school staff Acquire intra-school rewards by obtaining scientific research results and obtaining honors at all levels. The specific measures are as follows:

First, the scope of reward

School staff who have one of the following conditions are within the scope of the award:

1. Participate in various scientific research projects issued by superiors, or independently engage in scientific research, design and development, and obtain scientific research results at all levels;

2. Participate in various business competitions and skill competitions organized by superiors or industries and systems, and obtain excellent results and obtain various types of rewards;

3. Write and formally publish papers, publish works, or obtain excellent paper awards and outstanding work awards that meet the relevant requirements;

4. Obtain all kinds of honorary titles awarded by superiors, or be commended or rewarded by superiors;

5. Other circumstances for the school to win honors.

Second, incentives

For those who participate in scientific research projects and write essays, they will be regularly summarized and counted, and public praises will be given; for those who receive various types of awards, they will be given verbal or written praise. On this basis, give a certain material reward.

Third, the organization and declaration of rewards

The awards for scientific and technological achievements and honorary titles are organized and implemented by the school personnel department.

The deadline for submission of the annual scientific and technological achievements and honorary awards at the end of November each year. If the school staff meets the above-mentioned reward scope, they will go through the registration formalities with the personnel department before the end of November each year with the relevant original documents such as the original certificate and the certificate of award. If it is more than the end of November, it will be declared in the next year.

Before the end of December each year, the personnel department will complete the organization identification, statistics, and summary of the school employee rewards declarations for the current year, and publicize the results for 2 weeks. If there is no objection, the awards will be submitted to the principal's office for discussion and approval.
