Internal reward system


In order to improve the enthusiasm of internal recommendation, expand the channel of talent introduction in this unit, collect relevant talent information in a timely and rapid manner, improve the efficiency and quality of talent introduction work, save labor costs, and develop an internal recommendation reward system.

1. Scope of application: personnel of various departments within the unit.

2. Duties:

3.1 Personnel Section is responsible for the overall management of internal recommendations;

3.2 The Finance Section is responsible for the statistical work of the internal recommended award fees;

3.3 The Medical Department and the Nursing Department are responsible for assisting the Personnel Section in the screening of the recommended personnel.


4. Requirements:

4.1 Internal Referral Fee Reward Standard:

Rank classification internal recommendation fee reward standard

Senior title technical staff 200 yuan

Intermediate title technical staff 100 yuan

Junior title technical staff 50 yuan

General employee 20 yuan

4.2 Internal recommendation fee issuance time: The recommended person passes the 2-week trial period and pays after one month of formal work.

4.3 Internal recommendation process:

4.3.1 Employees shall be recommended to the Personnel Section according to the contents and requirements of the “Recruitment Application Form” in the bulletin board.

4.3.2.1 Technical personnel and administrative personnel: The Personnel Section conducts preliminary interviews with the Medical Department and the Nursing Department. After the initial interview, the trial is completed for two weeks. After the first week of trial work, the second interview is conducted. The second interview is conducted by the examiner. The supervisor and the dean of the department will conduct the second week of trial work after the second interview is passed. After two weeks of trial work, the medical examination will be carried out. The physical examination will pass the final confirmation.

4.3.2.2 Care workers, care workers, and workers: The personnel department will conduct an interview with the person in charge of the department. After the interview, the doctor will try again for two weeks. After the trial work, the medical examination will be carried out. The physical examination will be final.

4.3.3 Internal staff recommended talents, successfully recruited through the probation period, the Personnel Section will issue the recommended bonus in the form of cash to the recommender according to the internal recommended reward criteria.

4.4 Internal recommendation awards: For internal staff candidates, the following principles must be observed:

4.4.1 The recommended relative is the immediate family member of the referee and cannot receive the prize;

4.4.2 If the recommended person and the recommender are in a subordinate relationship, they cannot receive the prize;

4.4.3 The recommended person and the recommender have a mutually restrictive relationship at work and cannot receive the prize;

4.4.4 The basic conditions of the recommended personnel should meet the basic requirements of the unit for recruiting personnel;

4.4.5 The resume provided by the recommended person cannot have any concealment or forgery;

4.4.6 The recommended personnel have normal working and living self-care ability;

4.4.7 The recommended person has no criminal record.

4.5 Management of internal recommended incentive fees: The total amount of internal recommended incentives for each department is calculated by the Personnel Section and the Finance Section every six months.
