Chapter 1 General

In order to ensure the implementation of the quality policy of our factory, we have achieved the quality approval of the products, and fundamentally solved the quality problems. We must establish a quality system, improve the quality of the system, focus on the establishment of a stable production process to ensure product quality, from the entire process of production to ensure product quality. Use the necessary means to inspect, supervise and evaluate all aspects of production, do a good job of information feedback, and correct it step by step. Seriously implement the iso9002 standard, improve the production management system, and implement quality control measures. The following detailed rules for quality management are formulated. It is hoped that all units of the whole plant will mobilize all employees to review the provisions of the implementation rules and implement the quality of the products to ensure the quality of the products.

Chapter II Quality Plan

1. The sales department will report the product grade, quality requirements and project sales volume of the market to the technical department, and promptly feedback the market information.
2. According to the production process requirements of our factory, the technical department must not only ensure the quality of coke, but also meet the production and gas consumption of the bureau and mine, and combine the production cost to formulate a production proposal.
3. The Raw Materials Department provides the required proportion of coal samples according to the proposed plan, and the quality inspection center conducts a comprehensive analysis, including the gel layer test.
4. The technical department issued a plan, and the quality inspection department implemented the iron box test with several schemes to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the quality indicators of the coal blending.
5. The engineer organizes the technical department, the quality inspection center, the raw material department, the raw material warehouse, the coke oven workshop, the coal washing workshop, and the analysis and proposal plan, and indeed formulates specific implementation plans.
6. The raw materials department will import coal into the required coal quality according to the determined process plan. It is strictly forbidden to enter the factory with unqualified coal. The raw material warehouse has the right to refuse any unqualified storage coal.
7. The raw material warehouse, coal receiving, coal blending, coke oven, etc. shall be pre-stage batch test according to the determined scheme.
8. It is required that the coal blending bin and the original coal type of the coal tower should be used up as much as possible in the first day of coal blending. The coal mine after the change plan is used for the warehouse. The preliminary test is to match the coal in one day and one coking cycle time.
9. The quality inspection center supervises and implements the whole process of the test, and timely analyzes, tests and timely feedbacks the produced coke.

12. Once the quality plan is determined, it shall not be arbitrarily changed. When changing the quality plan, a quality process management plan must be formulated. After approval by the chief engineer and the production plant manager, the relevant departments shall issue the plan.

Chapter III Production Process Plan

Chapter IV Management Measures for Raw Coal

Chapter V Raw Material Library and Coal Farm Management

1. The raw material warehouse shall accept and unload coal according to the coal standard and storage standard determined in the quality plan, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the factory.
2, the raw material warehouse must establish two books, "raw coal into the factory account" detailed records, a few times a day into the coal, each into a few cars, car number, how many tons, the date of the plant, where to unload, and the quality inspection center The test list is controlled. When is the coal used? How many tons of coal each, and to form a leading relationship with coal blending, is not allowed to use casually.
3. The raw material warehouse should be based on the type and quantity of coal in the operation plan, the convenience of entering and leaving the vehicle, the use of new and old coal recycling, etc., and the rational use of the coal yard site, and do not change the label.
4. The process of raw coal entering the plant, the raw material warehouse is unloaded in two cases: (1) newly ordered coal or several types of coal with continuous fluctuations in quality, no coal unloading after entering the factory, sampled by the quality inspection center After the test, the vehicle will be unloaded. 5. Coal unloading must be sorted according to coal type, piled up in piles, and the same type of coal should be piled up in order of entering the plant, which is convenient for recycling. The coal types should be piled up neatly, and the confusion should be absolutely forbidden. The spacing between the coal piles should be more than 3 meters apart. If the coal is to be changed in special circumstances, the original site must be thoroughly cleaned and cleaned before the new coal can be discharged.

Chapter VI by coal

Chapter IX Quality Inspection
