Provincial High-tech Product Certification Measures


The first one is to standardize the identification of high-tech products in the province, implement the spirit of the national and provincial technical innovation work conferences, and promote the development of high-tech industries in our province, according to the “National High-tech Industrial Development Zone High-tech Enterprise Recognition Conditions and Measures” It is the competent department of the province's high-tech product identification work and is responsible for the implementation of these measures. Article 3 High-tech products must meet the following conditions: Products belonging to the “High-tech Product Catalogue” promulgated by the state and the province. The technical level of the product should reach the domestic advanced level. Product production technology is mature. The raw materials for production and technical equipment are guaranteed, and they have been put into production or can be put into mass production in the near future. The product market is broad and the economic benefits are significant. Products that must be approved by a statutory authority must be formally approved by the statutory authority. Article 4: Procedures for the identification of high-tech products: Any enterprise that declares high-tech products shall submit written application materials to the municipal science and technology commission or high-tech industrial development zone. The Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the High-tech Zone Management Committee will review and sign opinions and affix their official seals to the Science and Technology Department. The Science and Technology Department organizes relevant experts to conduct assessments in accordance with these Measures. The Science and Technology Department reviews the products that have passed the expert review, and the qualified ones are identified as high-tech products, and the high-tech product certificates are issued. Article 5 High-tech products that have been identified shall be registered or filed with the financial, taxation, customs and other departments in a timely manner. The recognized high-tech products can enjoy preferential treatment as stipulated by relevant national and provincial policies. Article 6 The valid period of the identified high-tech products is generally three to five years. Article 7 These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation, and the original "## Provincial High-tech Product Certification Conditions and Measures" shall be abolished.
