Class teacher's work assessment rules


In order to give full play to the leading role of the class teacher in class education management, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the class teacher, promote the institutionalization and standardization of the class management work; and provide the basis for the appointment, evaluation and distribution of the class teacher allowance for the class teacher. Formulate these rules.
First, the assessment method:
1. The assessment of the class teacher is divided into two parts: “Class Teacher's Regular Work Assessment” and “Class Performance Evaluation”, which account for 50% and 50% respectively.
2, the class teacher's routine work assessment points are combined with the scoring system and the reverse deduction system; the class work performance assessment is divided into class comprehensive assessment points.

Second, the class teacher's routine work assessment content:
1. The class teacher's work plan for this semester can be formulated in time, and 5 points will be awarded on time, 2 points will be deducted for late submission, and 5 points will be deducted for those who fail to pay.
2, can seriously organize the weekly class activity class, not less than 15 per semester, the class activity time should not be less than 40 minutes, the class activity class requires the theme, content, records. Out of 15 points, 1 point for each holding, 1 point for one less time.
3. Have a good morning morning conversation and make timely records. Out of 30 points, less than 0.5 points last time
4. Regularly get in touch with the parents of the students. Make a home visit or a written contact with the parents once every semester. Each visit or written contact will get 1 point, 1 point will be deducted, and the maximum number of points for the whole semester will not exceed 60 points.
5. Every Monday, the flag raising ceremony can seriously organize students to participate, with strict discipline and orderly order. Each time you get 1 point, you will lose 1 point.
6, can do a good job in the selection, training and guidance of class cadres, often understand the class style, study style. At least one class cadre meeting can be organized every month, no less than 5 times per semester, and a meeting record is required. Each organization gets 1 point and 1 point is deducted.
7. Can actively participate in various collective activities held by the school. 1 point for each participation, 1 point for missing one time.
8. Can attend the class teacher meeting organized by the school on time. Each time you get 2 points, 1 point will be deducted for late or early leave, and 2 points will be deducted for absentee.
9. Before the end of the semester, you can write a summary of the work of the class teacher in time, and add 5 points on time, 2 points for late submissions, and 5 points for those who do not.
10. Can actively write papers on education management, awards in publications or evaluations at the county level or above, plus 3 points for each article at the county level, 5 points for each article at the municipal level, 8 points for each level at the provincial level, and 8 points for each level at the provincial level. Add 10 points.
11, can actively organize students to participate in various competitions, the national first prize won 7 points, the national second prize won 6 points, the national third prize won 5 points, the provincial third prize won 4 points, the municipal level three 3 points for the prize, 2 points for the third prize at the county level, and 1 point for the second prize at the town level. Different awards can be accumulated, and the same award is counted in the highest prize, with a maximum of 20 points.

13. Good students and good deeds are commended by social organizations and score 5 points.
Third, the class work performance assessment content:
1. Attendance: student attendance, late arrival, early leave and absenteeism.
2. Hygiene: Health conditions inside and outside the classroom, on the ground, walls, corridors and health responsibility areas.
3. Two exercises and gatherings: attendance rate and discipline of students raising flags, broadcasting exercises, and eye exercises.
4. Discipline:
1 Discipline situation during class, class, and extracurricular activities.
2 Protecting flowers, trees, the environment, saving resources such as water and electricity;
3 Care for public facilities such as electric power and fire protection, and care for public property such as desks, doors and windows murals;
4 Whether the daily behavior is standardized, whether the red scarf and the school card are worn and standardized.

5. Classroom layout: The environment layout of the classroom requires personalization of classroom layout, standardization of motivational expressions, organization of stationery, concealment of sanitary ware, rationalization of “three-table” suspension, and cleanliness around classrooms. 10 points for the first prize, 8 points for the second prize, and 6 points for the third prize.
6. Blackboard News: A blackout newspaper will be published every month according to regulations. 10 points for the first prize, 8.5 points for the second prize, and 7 points for the third prize.
7. Entry: Participate in various intra-school competitions, get 10 points for the first prize, 8 points for the second prize, and 6 points for the third prize. Different awards can be accumulated, and the same award is counted by the highest award.
Fourth, the class teacher allowance is issued:
The allowance for the class teacher is issued as follows:
1. The class teacher's allowance consists of two parts: the monthly assessment allowance and the semester assessment allowance.
