The rules of procedure of the hospital party committee are based on the "Regulations of the Party Committee Work of the Hospital" issued by the Party Committee of the Municipal Health Bureau and the actual conditions of the Court. 1. The scope of discussion discusses and decides on the major decisions and instructions of the higher party committees and the implementation of the work of the higher level government and the competent departments in the implementation of this unit. Discussions and decisions shall be subject to the appointment and removal of cadres managed by party committees at the same level. Discuss and decide on important issues in the work of the trade union and the Communist Youth League. Other important matters that need to be discussed and decided by the party committee. 2. The deliberation requirements and the program party committee are convened once a month in principle, and may be postponed or temporarily held in special circumstances.
