First, the student dormitory is an important place for students to study and live during their school. It is an important classroom for students to carry out ideological and moral education and behavior development. It is an important position for the construction of spiritual civilization in schools. Strengthen the management of dormitory civilization construction, create a "clean, beautiful and orderly" dormitory environment, cultivate students' civilized behavior habits, and cultivate a generation of new people with ideals, ethics, culture and discipline, which is a comprehensive implementation of the party and the state. The education policy and concrete measures to strengthen the building of spiritual civilization.

2. Students staying in the school must stay in accordance with the dormitory and bed designated by the school. They are not allowed to change the dormitory and bed at will. Students are not allowed to stay outside without permission. Once verified, the school will be given disciplinary action. At the same time, the students' personal injury, property damage and other consequences caused by unauthorised accommodation in the rented housing are borne by the students themselves. Students are not allowed to stay outside the school in the dormitory. If there are special circumstances, they will stay outside the school. They should obtain permission from the building administrator and register for accommodation before they can stay overnight.

3. Accommodation students should consciously obey the education and management of the staff of the property management center to develop good study and living habits. Students are not allowed to sleep late during school, drink alcohol, squat, throw or burn items, and do not use candles in the bedroom.

Fourth, boys are not allowed to enter the girls' dormitory. After lunch break and after 9:00 in the evening, girls are not allowed to enter or stay in the boys' dormitory; those who are out of the house when the lights are turned off are treated as late, and the whole hospital is notified.

5. Students should take care of public property. All equipment and furniture in the room must not be damaged or lost. They should be returned when they leave school. Man-made damage is lost and should be compensated according to the price. Each dormitory should save electricity and electricity, and the dormitory should use the water for a fixed amount. If the quota exceeds the quota, it should pay excessive fees. It is strictly forbidden to pull wires and use electric stoves, electric cups, high-power audio, electric irons, electric heaters, hot and fast, etc. in the dormitory. In addition to the confiscation, the offenders should also be given a criticism of the whole school. In the event of a fire accident, the responsibility will be investigated according to law.

6. Students should take good care of their property. Do not place more than 100 yuan in cash in the bedroom. Students should lock the door when they leave the dormitory. If a student has incurred financial losses during the period of theft, the public security department shall verify that the foreigner is involved in theft and shall be held accountable for the financial responsibility of the duty officer.

7. During the winter and summer vacations, the student residence halls shall be subject to the “closed building” management in principle. If it is necessary to stay in school due to factors such as learning and long distances, the school shall implement centralized and unified accommodation arrangements, and students staying in school shall apply for accommodation according to regulations. Procedures, pay the necessary water and electricity property deposit.

8. Students who go out on holiday are required to go through the relevant examination and approval procedures at their college. If they do not return to school after the deadline, they will be treated as accommodation.

Nine, each bedroom should seriously carry out indoor hygiene, strictly implement the health value day system, strictly enforce the garbage clearance time prescribed by the community, and ensure the cleaners in public places. According to the principle of neatness, beauty, elegant style and convenient living, it is strictly forbidden to smudge, mess, and doodle on walls and furniture to create a civilized bedroom. Do not spit, throw fruit pulp, waste batteries, do not mess with tea and sewage. It is strictly forbidden to enter the dormitory, pay attention to keeping the bathroom clean and respect the labor of the cleaner.

X. According to the civilized dormitory evaluation method, the student section will judge the qualified dormitory and the unqualified dormitory in the civilized dormitory in the academic year.

Eleventh, the civilized bedroom selected by the appraisal, the school will be commended, and the certificate of honor will be issued, and the "civilized bedroom" card will be hanged. The civilized dormitory is an important indicator for assessing class work, group work, and party group work. An important aspect of molecular performance is an important condition for schools to select outstanding students and outstanding student cadres. For members who are not civilized dormitory, the selection is generally not considered. Classes with more civilized bedrooms are preferred when selecting excellent classes.
