4. Supervise the implementation of process operation disciplines and operational procedures to prevent or reduce unplanned downtime and run-off accidents, and achieve safe, stable, long, full and excellent production.

5. Supervise the implementation of safety measures during maintenance and temporary repair construction, and verify the safety construction plan.

6. Regularly go to the contracted unit to inspect and guide the safety work, put forward rectification opinions on the existence of potential safety hazards and supervise the implementation of rectification.

7. In case of an emergency that threatens the safety of production, it has the right to stop the operation and immediately report the relevant leaders.
