1. Major medical rescue program:

5. Major political problems or violations of legal events or serious violations:

6. Damage or loss of valuable equipment or valuable medicines:

The leader of the reporting institute, in charge of the dean, ask for advice; 110 alarm; notify the relevant personnel to arrive at the scene to deal with the situation; according to the leadership instructions, report to the relevant departments.

7. Major economic expenses or major economic problems:

The leader of the reporting institute and the dean of the hospital shall request the handling of the opinions; notify the relevant personnel to arrive at the scene to handle the situation; and report to the relevant departments in accordance with the instructions of the leaders.

8. Major surgery and first-time advanced surgery and new technology
