Enterprise equipment management system

1. Formulation, modification and implementation of equipment use and maintenance procedures

Equipment use and maintenance procedures are based on equipment use, maintenance instructions and production process requirements, and are used to guide the proper operation and maintenance of equipment. All factories, mines and companies affiliated to major companies must establish and improve equipment use procedures and maintenance procedures.

□ Requirements for the development and revision of procedures

1. The factory must first correctly classify the equipment according to the principles stipulated by the equipment use management system, and divide the equipment into: important equipment, main equipment, general equipment according to the status of the equipment in production, the complexity of the structure, and the difficulty of use and maintenance. Three levels to facilitate the preparation of procedures and hierarchical management of equipment.
2. All equipment that is installed and used must have complete use and maintenance procedures.
3. For the newly put into production equipment, the factory shall be responsible for formulating the use and maintenance procedures 30 days before the equipment is put into production and issuing the implementation.
4. When the production is ready to adopt new technology and new technology, the manufacturer shall modify the original regulations according to the new use and maintenance requirements of the equipment 10 days before the process is changed to ensure the effectiveness of the regulations.
5. In the implementation procedure, if the content of the procedure is not perfect, it should be reflected in a timely manner. The procedure management professional should immediately go to the site to verify the situation and add or modify the content of the procedure.
6. Newly prepared or revised procedures shall be examined and approved separately in accordance with the relevant provisions of the professional management contracting system.
7. For the procedures that have been used for many years and have more content modifications, the third year should be revised and printed by the factory organization through the combination of the public and professional management, and at the same time notify the original procedures to be invalid.
8. When the equipment has serious defects and cannot be immediately stopped for repair, reliable measures and temporary use and maintenance procedures must be formulated and approved by the factory. The temporary procedure after the defect is eliminated is invalid.

□ What must be included in the equipment use and maintenance procedures

What must be included in the equipment usage procedure:
1. Equipment technical performance and allowable limit parameters, such as maximum load, pressure, temperature, voltage, current, etc.;
2. The regulations for the handover of equipment, two or three shifts of continuous operation equipment, the post personnel must hand over the equipment operation status, including: abnormal operation of the equipment, changes in original defects, changes in operating parameters, Failure and handling situation;
3. The steps of operating the device, including the preparation and operation sequence before the operation;
4. Provisions for emergency handling;
5. Safety precautions during use of the equipment, the operator of this position shall not operate the machine without approval, and no one shall arbitrarily remove or relax the safety protection device;
6. Elimination of faults during equipment operation.
What should be included in the equipment maintenance procedures:
1. Equipment transmission diagram and electrical schematic diagram;
2. Equipment lubrication “five fixed” charts and requirements;
3. Provisions for regular cleaning;
4. Various inspection requirements during the use of the equipment, including route, location, content, standard status parameters, period, inspector, etc.;
5. Methods for troubleshooting common faults during operation;
6. The scrapping standard of the main wearing parts of the equipment;
7. Safety precautions.

□ Implementation of equipment use and maintenance procedures

1. Before the new equipment is put into use, it is necessary to be arranged and implemented by the professional supervisor of the factory to implement the equipment use and maintenance procedures. The procedures shall be issued to the relevant professional, post operation personnel and maintenance inspection personnel, and shall be stacked without leaving the post.
2. The production unit shall organize the equipment operators to carefully study the procedures, and the equipment professionals shall explain to the operators the contents of the procedures and study and counseling.
3. Equipment operators must pass the factory-level organization examinations and actual operation assessments, and they can be employed after passing the examination.
4. The production unit shall organize the group study procedures, workshop leaders and equipment management personnel every week. Every month, the production team should be spot-checked, and the problems should be solved in time, and the spot checks should be included in the assessment.

Second, equipment management content

□ Management of equipment technical status

All equipment is divided into good equipment and non-good equipment according to the technical condition, maintenance status and management status of the equipment, and specific assessment criteria are formulated separately.
The production equipment of each unit must complete the technical status indicators issued by the superiors, that is, the comprehensive integrity rate of the assessment equipment. Professional departments must separately formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly comprehensive equipment completion rate indicators, and implement them at different levels.

□ Equipment lubrication management requirements for equipment lubrication management:
1. Each unit of the mobile department has a lubrication professional who is responsible for the professional technical management of equipment lubrication; a full-time or part-time lubrication professional for the mine or workshop mobile department is responsible for the lubrication professional technical management of the unit; the repair workshop is equipped with a lubrication class or a lubrication worker responsible for equipment lubrication. jobs.
2. Each equipment must have a complete “5-set” chart and requirements for equipment lubrication, and be implemented carefully.
3. All factories and mines must carefully carry out the cleaning of the equipment with oil to ensure the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and the smooth passage of the oil to prevent blockage.
4. For large, special, special equipment oils, we must adhere to the regular analysis and testing system.
5. Lubrication professionals should do a good job in equipment lubrication new technology promotion and oil product renewal.
6. Seriously do the recycling management of waste oil.
Lubricate the formulation, implementation and modification of the “Five Sets” chart.
1. The “five-set” chart of factory and production equipment lubrication must be formulated on a case-by-case basis, and the maintenance and repair procedures should be sent to the post at the same time.
2. The content of the equipment “Luding” chart is:
Fixed point: specify the lubrication location, name and number of fueling points;
Qualification: Specify the grease grade for each fueling point;
Timing: Specify the time for adding and changing oil;
Quantitative: Specify the amount of oil to be added and changed each time;
Personnel: The person in charge of each addition and replacement point is specified.
3. The post operation and maintenance personnel should conscientiously implement the “five-set” chart regulations for equipment lubrication and make a good record of operation.
4. Lubrication professionals should regularly check and regularly check the implementation of the “five-set” chart of lubrication, and find problems in a timely manner.
5. Post operation and maintenance personnel must pay attention to the lubrication status of each part of the equipment at any time, and report problems and report and deal with them in time.
