Office building health management system


First, clear responsibility division

The hygiene of each office room and its corresponding corridors, floors and windows in the building shall be cleaned and wiped by each user unit; the public health and outdoor environmental sanitation of the leading office and lobby shall be handled by a special person.

Second, carefully clean up in time

Hygienic cleaning in the building includes the following:

1. The indoor office items are neatly arranged and orderly. There are no debris on the desktop and the file cabinet, and there are no items unrelated to the office in the room;

2. There is no ash hanging on the roof, no dust on the wall and the wall, and the wall should not be hanged;

3, doors and windows and glass are clean and bright, no stains indoors and outdoors;

4. The ground cleaning is timely and clean;

5, tables and chairs, benches, coffee tables, bookcases, cupboards and other dusty items can be wiped at any time; door handles, light switches without stains;

7, indoor hygiene should adhere to daily cleaning of the ground, wiping tables and chairs, office items arranged in an orderly manner; monthly cleaning should include the above listed items, to see the original color, the window is clear, spotless, no sanitary corners. Health cleaning should adhere to high standards, take a positive attitude, take it according to requirements and time limits, and consciously maintain and maintain.

Third, consciously maintain public health

In order to maintain an elegant and clean environment in the office building, all personnel should consciously maintain public health and develop good hygiene habits.

1. Keep the floor clean and clean. Do not spit anywhere. Do not throw cigarettes and other debris. A tray is required for flowering on the desk.

2. Maintain the hygiene of the bathroom.

Fourth, inspection and assessment

1. The health management of the office building is subject to regular inspection and is included in the target assessment content. The assessment is led by the discipline inspection team leader, the office is organized and implemented, and the relevant departments and institutions participate in the inspection and scoring.

2. The scoring results will be published globally every month, and will be included in the post target assessment by the appraisal team and linked to the appraisal salary.

3. Anyone who violates one of the contents listed in Article 2 shall be deducted from the assessment of the salary of the whole unit by 5 yuan; if any of the contents listed in Article 3 is violated, the person responsible for the deduction shall be assessed to pay 10 yuan.

4. All units can refine, quantify and meet the actual secondary assessment methods according to the above assessment methods, and implement them conscientiously.
