2. When applying for the special seal of each functional department due to business development, the demand department fills in the “application form for seal production and is submitted to the General Management Department for approval after approval by the general manager. The departmental chapter is generally an elliptical chapter.

The fourth use of the seal

1. Before any seal is activated, any department must go to the General Management Department to go through the formalities for receiving the documents, accept the corresponding notice of responsibility, sign the “Signature Acceptance Procedure” and file it.

2. The official seal is kept by the manager of the general management department or a special person. All departments need to file official seals, notices, etc., and must go to the General Management Department to collect and fill out the "Application Form for Seal Use", which is approved by the general manager and signed in the "Application Form for Seal Use", involving personnel transfer and seal. The chairman's consent is also required.

3. Contract chapter: The contract chapter is kept by the General Management Department. It is mainly used for the company to sign various types of external contracts. Before stamping, it must first collect and fill out the “Application Form for Seal Use”, which is approved by the general manager and signed in the “Application Form for Seal Use”. chapter.

4. Legal person's private seal: The legal person's private seal is kept by the company's bank cashier. It is mainly used for bank drafts, cash checks, etc., and can be stamped with the application for payment or the remittance certificate.

5. Financial chapter: It is kept by the manager of the finance department. It is mainly used for bank drafts, cash checks, etc., which need to be stamped with bank reservation seals and other business or invoices. The special invoices are mainly used for invoice stamping, and the special invoices are provided by the Finance Department. Special person to keep.

6. The chapters of other functional departments are mainly applicable to the internal use of various departments. The functional department chapters that have been engraved are kept by the department heads and strictly manage the use of the chapter.

7. The registration book for all kinds of seals shall be strictly preserved and managed by a special person and shall not be damaged or lost.

Article 5 The abolition and replacement of the seal

1. The seal of abolition or cancellation shall be completed by the custodian, and shall be submitted to the General Management Department for abolishment or cancellation.

2. When the seal is lost, the seal custodian shall fill out the "Abolition Application Form". After the general manager approves and signs the loss treatment method, it shall be submitted to the General Management Department for instructions. If the company's basic seal is lost, it must be reported as required. .

3. When replacing the seal, the seal custodian should fill in the “Abolition Application Form” according to the relevant file. After approval by the general manager, the general management department will submit the application according to the instructions and fill out the “Seal Application Form” to apply for a new seal.

Article 6 The responsibilities of the seal custodian

For the company's main seal management, the method of decentralized management and mutual supervision is adopted. The main responsibility of the General Management Department is to rationally manage the use of the seal. The seal custodian has multiple responsibilities and powers such as use, supervision and custody. The specific division is as follows:

1. The seal clerk of the functional department has independent use of the seal and assumes full responsibility for use.

2. The custodian of the official seal and the financial seal has no independent use power, but has the power to supervise and allow the use of the seal. Therefore, the custodian of the official seal and the financial seal bears the primary responsibility for the use of the seal, and the custodian is responsible for the partial responsibility; If it is used without authorization, the custodian shall be fully responsible for the results of the use and shall be punished according to the relevant regulations of the company.

3. The custodian of the legal person's private seal is a cashier. It is both a custodian and a user. However, it has no independent use rights. It must be used according to the payment application approved by the person in charge of the finance department or the remittance voucher. Otherwise, it is fully responsible.

Article 7 It is strictly forbidden to use the official seal, the contract seal and the legal person's private seal independently from the company. If the custodian needs to take the official seal and the contract chapter to use the business, he or she must go with the dispatcher or assign the representative to go with him. For business and other annual inspections, you need to bring the form back to the company seal.

Article 8 If a company's senior leaders need to carry a company seal business trip because they carry out major projects or complete important business in different places, they must be approved by the company's chairman or general manager and returned in time.

Article 9 The issuance of personal relevant certificates shall be carried out by the deputy general manager in charge of the above-mentioned guarantees. If the personal economic guarantees and certificates are involved, they shall not be proved in principle, and the bad results shall be signed by the signatory and the custodian. The plot is jointly responsible.

Article 10 The company seal shall only be applied to the business related to the company, and shall not engage in acts that harm the interests of the company.

Article 11 The use of all seals must strictly implement the company's seal use regulations, and do a good job in application and registration. If there is a problem with illegal use, and the consequences are at your own risk, causing losses to the company, the company will pursue its legal responsibility according to law.

Article 12 This system shall be implemented as of October 1, 2001.
