First, the general

Article 1 Purpose.

Article 2 Scope of application.

The employees referred to in these Rules refer to all employees employed by the Company.

Second, hiring

Article 3 If all departments of the Company must increase the number of personnel due to work needs, they shall first apply according to the provisions of the new personnel transaction process. After approval by the general manager, the office shall handle the recruitment and recruitment.

Article 4 After the new recruits pass the examination or test and pass the examination, the office will apply for the trial application form. In principle, the staff will try for three months. Those who have passed the examination will be formally hired; but those with excellent grades should shorten their trial time appropriately.

Article 5 If the trial personnel fail to perform their duties due to poor conduct or poor service performance or have no reason, they shall stop trialing and dismiss them at any time; those who have tried for less than three days shall not be paid.

Article 6 When the trial personnel report, they shall send the following list to the office:

A copy of the account and a physical examination form of the hospital.

Final work unit resignation certificate.

Warranty certificate and 4 photos of half-length bareheaded in three and a half months.

Personnel information card.

Other necessary files.

Article 7 Anyone who has the following circumstances may not be employed.

Deprivation of political rights has not yet been restored.

He was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or wanted, and has not yet completed the case.

Drug users.

Arrears, misappropriation of public funds, and those who have been recorded.

People with mental illness or infectious diseases.

Poor conduct, had been expelled.

Physical examination is not suitable for the company.

Article 8 Once employees have employed temporary, short-term, seasonal and specific work, they shall sign a “Labor Contract” with the Company as the case may be, and both parties shall abide by it.

Article 9 The employees of the company are divided into eight ranks. The promotion method for employees is set separately.

Article 14 If the guarantor needs to surrender in the middle of the journey, he shall notify the company in writing, and wait until the guarantor has found another guarantor and handle the new guarantee procedure before he can discharge his responsibilities.

Article 15 If the guarantor has one of the following circumstances, the guarantor shall immediately notify the company to change the guarantor, and shall take the guarantor within fifteen days after the occurrence of the following matters.

A guarantor who dies or commits a crime.

The guarantor is declared bankrupt.

The guarantor's credit and assets have significant changes, and thus cannot be guaranteed.

Do not want to continue to guarantee.

Article 16 After the guarantor has left the company for three months, if there is no formality or default, the guarantee will be returned to him.

Article 19 The daily working hours of employees shall be based on the principle of eight hours, and the production unit or business unit shall make a daily rest and announce the implementation. However, due to special circumstances or work is not completed, the working time should be automatically extended. The extension of work per day shall not exceed three hours; the extended working hours per month shall not exceed forty-six hours.

Article 20 Employees below the managerial level shall personally check the time of the card, and may not trust or be entrusted to punch the card, otherwise both parties shall be processed one day as completed.

Article 21 If an employee has a late arrival, early leave or absenteeism, etc., he shall be dealt with according to the following provisions:

Late and leave early.

1. Employees are required to go to work on time and off work, and those who arrive in the class from 3 minutes to 15 minutes after the start of working hours are late.

2. Those who leave work within 15 minutes before the end of working hours are early leave.

3. After more than fifteen minutes, the card will be issued to the worker for the half-day of dereliction of duty. Except for the public or leave of absence and the certificate of the supervisor, the employee will be late for the month and leave early for a total of three times.

4. Those who leave work for more than fifteen minutes without reason, except for the half-day of dereliction of duty, except for public outings or leave of absence and certified by the supervisor.

5. Those who forget to punch in after work should be deemed not to leave early after the certificate of the second day.

Dereliction of duty

1. Unauthorized or unsuccessful leave without a leave of absence.

2, entrusted or on behalf of people to punch or forge a record of attendance, once found to be true, both sides are derogatory.

3. Employees are derelict and do not pay salaries and allowances.

4. Those who have been dereliction of duty for three consecutive days or for the whole month without compensation for six days or one year of dereliction of duty for 12 days shall be dismissed and no severance payment shall be paid.
