Safety management departments and personnel at all levels must be conscientious and responsible, and conduct supervision and inspection in strict accordance with the regulations.

Article 2: The electrician must have the following conditions:

Article 11: Before the work at height, check whether the climbing tools such as the buckles and ladders, the safety belts and the safety ropes are intact and reliable, and whether the small rope tool bags are complete.

Article 12: When a person works on a wire or a magnetic bottle string, a seat belt or a safety rope or other measures to prevent the wire from falling should be used. The seat belt and the rope should be connected to a firm structure.

Article 13: It is forbidden to work on an unsturdy structure. If necessary, measures such as laying boards should be taken.

Article 14: A string of soft-bottomed shoes should be worn along the porcelain or porcelain bottle and the porcelain skirt. When working along the string of porcelain bottles, the safety rope must be fastened on the structure. The porcelain bottle should be inspected during the work. Article 45: Electric shock first aid:
