Re-employment system for retired employees


Chapter I General

Article 1 Purpose: To regulate the rules and procedures for re-re-employment of retired employees.

Article 2 Scope of application:

1. The employee who left the company was not dismissed or eliminated by the hotel;

3. There is no bad record outside the company after leaving the company;

Fourth, performed well during the work of the store.

5. Approved by the department to report to the hotel leadership.

6. The returning employee applies to the hotel.

Chapter II Rights and Responsibilities

Article 3 The Human Resources Department is responsible for handling the re-entry of resigned employees in accordance with the recruitment system and procedures.

Article 4 The predecessor's department head before leaving the company shall interview and evaluate the second-time application of the resigned personnel and sign specific opinions.

Article 5 The following persons shall be re-employed and re-employed by the human resources manager to approve the general manager.

Article 6 The deputy manager and managerial personnel shall be re-employed and approved by the Human Resources Department Manager - General Manager / Chairman of the Board of Auditors - Reporting Group Human Resources Department.

Chapter III Management Content

Article 7 A full medical examination shall be carried out before taking up the post;

Article 8 After the job is posted, if you work in the original position, you need a one-month probationary period; if you are in a new position, you need a two-month probationary period. After the probationary period ends, you will pass the examination and pass the correction.

Article 9 All re-employed persons who apply for the second time in the hotel must be approved according to the hotel recruitment system and procedures, and re-calculated for the length of service.

Article 10 The returning employees report to the Human Resources Department.

Article 11 If the employee who returns to the store once again leaves the store again, he will no longer accept the return to the store.

Article 12 In principle, employees who leave the company, including dismissal, dismissal, and automatic completion of the contract for three days, will never be hired. Special talents or special circumstances shall be reported to the general manager for approval.

Article 13 All employees who are required to return to the hotel shall be treated with caution, understand the reasons for their departure at the time, and implement whether they have completed the resignation procedures in accordance with the company system. The employing department shall submit the reasons for re-employment to the hotel in written file.

Article 14 No department may conceal or arbitrarily employ it. Otherwise, the employer's department manager shall bear the relevant responsibilities.

Chapter III Supplementary Provisions

Article 15 The formulation and revision of these Provisions shall be undertaken by the Human Resources Department and submitted to the General Manager for approval.

Article 16 These regulations shall be interpreted by the Human Resources Department of the Hotel.

Article 17 These Provisions shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
