High school guard system

First, the school implements closed management, students go to school with a badge, and leave the school with a false holiday. Do not enter or leave at will.

Second, the parents go to the school to visit the students, in principle, wait at the guard, after the class, the class teacher informs the students to the reception. Special circumstances are approved by the Moral Education Department, and the gatekeeper can register before entering the school.

3. Visitors will be registered at the door and will be admitted to the school after verification, registration and approval. Visiting, visiting units or groups must contact the Moral Education Department in advance or with the permission of the principal's office, and go through the registration procedures before entering the school.

4. Foreign vehicles are not allowed to enter the school. If a vehicle with a special permit is required to enter the school, it must be registered before entering and parked at the designated place. It is not allowed to whistle in the school. Teachers and students should enter and leave the school gate automatically.

5. Carefully implement the item exit system. When carrying large items, parcels, and articles into and out of the gate, the guard should carefully check and verify the items and the party's documents and register them. If you carry a public property out, you must have a certificate of entry and exit with the official seal of the relevant department. Otherwise, the guard will have the right to detain, inquire, register and submit it to the relevant department for handling.

6. Non-school personnel may not enter the school for basketball, football, parties, etc. without permission.

7. The guards should warmly receive the foreigners, pay tribute to the door, ask questions, check and register the relevant documents, contact the relevant departments and personnel by phone, register and exchange the documents, and go out and exchange them afterwards. Those who have suspicious signs should be seriously inquired and found to be reported and dealt with in a timely manner.

Eight, the security personnel must adhere to the job, perform their duties, dress up, do not leave the job, or do things that are not related to the door. Keep the messroom clean and hygienic, and do a good job at the school gate.

9. These Provisions shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation and shall be interpreted by the Political and Education Department.
