8. When filing, it is required to collect the documents, originals, manuscripts, main parts and auxiliary files of the files, and maintain the integrity of the files and materials.

9. The circulation of files should strictly abide by the scope of circulation and detailed regulations. Do not take confidential files to your home to read or carry them to public places.

10. When borrowing, it is necessary to clarify the time and return time of the responsible person. Borrowers must do confidential work, do not reprint and copy, and cannot lend others.

11. For archives that do not have archived and stored value, the “File Destruction List” should be filled in and can be destroyed after approval by the Security Chief.
