County Party Member Education Contact Conference System

In order to strengthen the leadership of the party members' regular education work, this system has been formulated in accordance with the provisions of the "Opinions on Strengthening the Regular Education of Party Members" and the spirit of the relevant archives promulgated by the Central Committee.

The first party member education contact conference is a deliberative body that organizes, coordinates, inspects, and guides the education of party members. The county contact conference members are composed of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Organization Department of the County Committee, the Propaganda Department, and the Party School. According to the needs of the work, other relevant units can be absorbed in time. The organization department of the county party committee is the lead unit of the county contact conference.

The second is to contact the main responsibilities of the meeting.

1. Implement the requirements and arrangements for the education work of party members at the higher level, study and formulate policies and measures for the regular education of party members in the county, medium and long-term planning and annual work plans, and organize implementation.

2. Conduct research, guidance, supervision and inspection on the regular education of party members in the county.

3. Listen to the report on the staged work of party members in the county, and study and solve related problems in the work.

4. Study the opinions on the use of education funds for party members in the county.

5. To study and analyze the party members' analysis and evaluation activities of party members once every five years.

Article 3 The members of the meeting must actively play the role of the department in the regular education of party members, earnestly perform their duties, work in a division of labor, form a joint force, and jointly do a good job in the regular education of party members.

1. County Commission for Discipline Inspection. He is responsible for the party's work on party style and clean government, organizes and promotes the achievements of party style party discipline, anti-corruption struggle and party style and clean government, and selects and commends the typical example of diligent and honest party members. Responsible for organizing the anti-corruption theme education activities, and do a good job in building a network of party style and clean government education. Organize the preparation of party style and clean government education materials.

2. Organization Department of the County Committee. Responsible for the organization and coordination of party members' education in the county, responsible for the party's democratic evaluation of party members and party members' party analysis and evaluation work, rural party members' grassroots cadres' scientific and technological quality training work, party members' electrification education work, as well as major subject matter and important typical publicity and reporting work. The Tongzhi County Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee, and the Party School of the County Party Committee put forward opinions on the use of party members' education funds.

3. The Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee. The organization department of the county party committee is responsible for the rotation training of grassroots party members in the county, the party class education work of grassroots party members, and the advanced typical interview and publicity work. The organization department of the county party committee is responsible for the construction, management and evaluation of grassroots party school positions, the formulation and implementation of teaching plans, and the preparation of textbooks for grassroots party schools.

4. Party School of the County Party Committee. The relevant departments of the county party committee organization department, propaganda department and other departments will train the leading cadres at the department level, youth reserve cadres, theoretical propaganda backbones and village party members. Responsible for continuing education on the part-time cadres of the county. Conduct business guidance to the town party school.

Article 4 The contact meeting shall be convened once every six months in principle, and special circumstances may be convened at any time. The meeting is generally attended by the members of the meeting and in charge of the leadership, exchange of opinions, communication of information, unified understanding, research work. The contact meeting is convened by the county party committee organization department.

Article 5 The topics of the contact meeting shall be jointly negotiated and determined by the organization department of the county party committee and the member units in accordance with the actual situation one month before each meeting. All member units should be fully prepared to come up with specific opinions and suggestions.

Article 6 The matters agreed upon at the meeting shall form a meeting minutes. All units must conscientiously implement the matters determined by the meeting, and the organization department of the county party committee is responsible for supervising and inspecting. The status of implementation will be communicated at the next contact meeting or through other forms of feedback.

Article 7 The daily work of the contact conference shall be the responsibility of the county committee's organizer's office, and the relevant functional departments of the contact conference member units shall be the contact conference and contact department.
