Article 11 The archives and materials sent to the printing, copying and faxing shall be registered and statistically calculated at the end of the month.

Article 12 Printing consumables are controlled by the General Management Department and can be used as performance appraisal indicators.

Article 13 The principle of the company's archives and materials shall be printed in the company's printing and printing room. If there are special circumstances that need to be printed, copied and bound outside, it must be approved by the department manager, and the administrative deputy general manager may approve the printing.

Article 14 This system shall be implemented as of October 1, 2001.
