1. Listen to the voice of the people. We mainly take the form of “two sessions and one questionnaire” to understand the dynamics of the employees.
The "two sessions", that is, the party general branch organizes a political union every month, and holds a staff discussion meeting every quarter. Through the grass-roots branch secretary political conference report and discussion with employee representatives, understand what problems exist in the mind of the employees and analyze the causes of the problems. Then discuss ways to solve problems and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. It also provides temporary medical kits for employees, and there are more than 10 kinds of commonly used medicines. The third is to care for the employees who leave the company and let them leave the company without leaving the organization. Our brigade has 24 people who have bought out old employees. They have worked hard all their lives. Finally, when enterprises need them to reduce their staff and increase efficiency, they choose to sacrifice their personal interests. This selfless dedication will always inspire employees on the job to work hard for the development of the company. Every year, the general party branch of the brigade must visit them and send them condolences. They are often asked to come back to participate in organizing activities.
