Furniture contract

____ A, to the ___ wood processing factory, set the following wood furniture, negotiated by both parties to enter into this contract, and jointly abide by.

3. Technical standards: Implemented in accordance with uniform corporate standards.

4. Delivery place and payment method: Delivered in Party B's factory, Party A shall pick up the goods; Party B may deliver the goods one after another before the delivery date, and Party A may successively accept the payment.

5. If either party fails to perform this contract and causes the other party to suffer losses, the defaulter shall be liable for compensation.

This contract is in quadruplicate and each party holds two copies.
