Article 4 Liability for breach of contract
1. 3. If Party B fails to produce qualified saplings according to the contract, and produces one less plant, Party B shall pay Party A 5% of the liquidated damages; Party B shall not release the saplings to the purchaser at the time specified in the contract, and every 100 seedlings shall be delayed.
