Warranty service contract

Both parties have reached the following agreement on the issue of equipment warranty by consensus.

Second, the scope of warranty and service methods:

1. Free operation guidance and technical consultation;

2. Repair damaged equipment with repair value, or eliminate equipment failure;

3. Emergency maintenance of machine failure:

4. On-time maintenance of the machine during the warranty period, no less than once a year, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Third, the service period: from the date of the year to the day of the month. When the warranty contract expires, Party A needs to re-sign the contract one month in advance.

Fourth, quality assurance: Party B guarantees the quality of the accessories and consumables sold, and if there is quality problem, Party B will give free replacement.

5. The following conditions are not covered by Party B:

Damage to the machine due to unstable voltage:

Damage to the machine due to failure to use the normal rules;

Consumables of the machine such as toner, ink cartridges, ribbons, photosensitive drums, carriers, cassettes, etc.;

Party A arbitrarily modifies the warranty product or replaces the parts and consumables provided by Party B;

Party A arbitrarily entrusts non-B authorized personnel to guarantee the machine.

Sixth, the charging standard:

1. Party A shall pay Party B the warranty fee at the same time as signing this Agreement;

2. Party A shall require Party B to go to the outside of the urban area for maintenance, and Party A shall pay Party B's working hours and travel expenses.

7. Liability for breach of contract:

Party B shall provide Party A with consumable parts and quality problems, and Party B shall be liable for compensation.

If Party A fails to pay Party B's payment within the time limit, Party B shall pay Party B a late payment fee of 2‰ overdue.

8. The dispute arising from the implementation of this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation between Party A and Party B. The negotiation was not successful, and both parties agreed to be arbitrated by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
