Incoming material processing and assembly contract

Subject to the agreement of both parties, Party A entrusts Party B to process the standard magnetic compass in _______________________. All required parts and materials are provided by Party A. The terms are as follows:

1. Goods and quantity of incoming processing and assembly:

Product name - standard magnetic compass;

Quantity - total __ Taiwan;

2. All necessary parts and materials are provided by Party A or purchased by Party B at _____ or _____, and the list is attached to this contract;

3. The processing fee for each model is as follows:

GLC-1 standard magnetic compass: _________U.SD;

GLC-2 standard magnetic compass: _________U.SD;

GLC-3 standard magnetic compass: _________U.SD.

4. The main parts, consumables and raw materials required for processing shall be transported by Party A to ____________. If there is any shortage or damage, Party A shall be responsible for supplementing the supply;

5. Party A shall, within one month prior to the delivery of the finished product, open the entire processing fee for the credit card or wire transfer and Party B shall purchase the spare parts, consumables and raw materials at _____ or _____;

6. Party B shall complete the processing and delivery of the GLC-1 standard magnetic compass within the time agreed by both parties, without delay, except in the case of uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstances;

7. Loss rate of parts and raw materials:

The loss rate of parts and raw materials during processing is ___%, and the loss rate is freely supplied by Party A. If the loss rate exceeds __%, Party B shall supplement the parts and raw materials required for processing;

8. If Party A mis-transports raw materials and parts, or over-transports raw materials and parts due to carelessness, Party B shall return the over-transported part, and the expenses shall be borne by Party A. If there is a shortage, Party A shall supplement it;

9. Party A shall provide parts and raw materials for processing GLC-1 standard magnetic compasses. Party B shall strictly follow the specified design and processing, and shall not change;

10. Technical services:

Party A agrees that Party B shall at any time request the dispatch of technical personnel to ____, assist in training the technical personnel of Party B, and allow the dispatched technicians to stay in Party B to inspect the finished products. To this end, Party B agrees to pay a monthly salary of ________ dollars per person, and all other expenses are the responsibility of Party A;

11. All import and export procedures related to this contract shall be handled by Party B;

12. After processing the standard magnetic compass, Party B shall deliver it to the foreign buyer designated by Party A at any time;

13. Other conditions:

The trademark of the standard magnetic compass shall be provided by Party A. In case of legal dispute, Party A shall be fully responsible;

If necessary, Party B shall purchase the parts and raw materials for processing standard magnetic compasses in ____ or ____, the quality of which shall comply with the standards and be approved by Party A in advance;

In order to promote the export business, Party B shall reserve the standard magnetic compass sample and send it to the foreign buyer designated by Party A at any time. The required parts and raw materials shall be reimbursed from the parts and raw materials shipped by Party A;

14. This contract is made in triplicate. Party A and Party B shall each hold one copy after signing, and the other shall be submitted to __________ for the relevant department for the record.

Note: Processing of imported materials means that a factory accepts the raw materials supplied by foreign companies according to the contract signed by both parties, and processes them according to the production drawings and production procedures. After the qualified products are delivered to foreign investors, the processing fee is charged by the processing party.

The assembly of the parts means that the foreign companies provide spare parts and components according to the contract signed by the two parties. The factory assembles according to the required specifications, and the qualified products are paid to the foreign merchants and then the processing fees are charged.

The production line for incoming processing and assembly, special tools, technical guidance and training workers are responsible for foreign companies. Production lines and special tools shall be disposed of in accordance with the contract when the contract is terminated.

The processing and assembly party does not own the incoming materials and the incoming parts, only the right to use. If the management and the incoming materials are damaged, lost, misused or worn out due to poor management, the processing and assembly party bears the economic responsibility.

The processing of incoming materials and the assembly of incoming parts are a simple and easy way of international economic cooperation. There are trade methods of entering and leaving, combining and moving in and out, and the two are outside and in the middle.
