The same class of teaching is the same teaching content. Different teachers carry out different teaching designs according to their own actual, existing teaching experience, student status, teaching style and teaching skills, and come up with their own teaching style and characteristics. In terms of teaching design and implementation, we have achieved the “eight immortals crossing the sea, and each has its own ability.” This has formed a class with the same content and different structure. “Same class heterogeneity” allows us to clearly see the different treatments of the same textbook by different teachers. Different teaching effects produced by different teaching strategies, and thus open up the teacher's teaching ideas, highlighting the teacher's teaching personality, truly embodying resource sharing and complementary advantages. The true “same class” teaching and research method can trigger participants. The collision of wisdom can save the good for the loss, learn from each other's strengths, and obviously improve the teaching effect. It also improves the professional development of teachers.
After a round of "same class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities, I believe that the "same class heterogeneity" based on the preparation of lessons is based on the wisdom of everyone, forming a general framework and ideas, which is already the foundation of collective wisdom. This "heterogeneous" reflects the teacher's personal style, personal superb teaching skills, and personal teaching style. This is a higher level teaching process. The new curriculum reforms the new concept, the same class of heterogeneous teaching, the exchanges between the schools benefit each teacher, but also can convey new teaching concepts. Of course, we can't say which classes are better. They all have their own characteristics. When new and old ideas, traditional teaching methods and new curriculum reforms collide, we cannot completely negate the tradition and cannot blindly follow new ideas. The Taihe model is also good. The second model is not necessarily suitable for our school. We cannot blindly copy it. We need to create a model that suits our students.
As far as the students are concerned, our student base is weak and the learning initiative is weak. Therefore, I think the guidance case should not be too cumbersome. It should be simple but focus on the key points, so that even students with poor foundations can understand the answer. The sense of accomplishment of the problem slowly made them interested in learning English. Secondly, students must be given sufficient time to prepare for the study. The essence of the new curriculum reform is to let students take the initiative to explore and discover problems.
