Abstract: Studying students' learning ability training is conducive to enriching teaching methodology. It is an objective requirement of the times and a practical need of education. This study assumes that teaching methods and cultivating learning abilities are positive for improving students' learning efficiency and enhancing their sustainability. The experiment used the experimental method, the test method, the literature method and the action research method to randomly select the experimental class and the control class from the three small and three middle schools as the subjects. In recent years, research on human learning activities has developed into a frontier subject in the multidisciplinary world. However, most research results have not yet been introduced into educational theory and practice.
