First, the background and significance of the research

The "Chinese School Mental Health Education Action Study" was put forward under the background of the Party Central Committee's decision to build a socialist harmonious society. We must fully understand the following four aspects.

2. The Ministry of Education's "Guidelines for the Guidance of China's Small Mental Health Education" put forward the task for the research of the subject. 4. School mental health education is in urgent need of action research. However, in our reality, the situation is still not optimistic, mainly because the theoretical research and practical actions of mental health education are not enough. The guiding role of theoretical research on practical actions has not been fully exerted. Therefore, in order to improve the level of mental health education in schools, it is necessary to strengthen the combination of theoretical research and practical action, and action research is the best method. Action research is produced in the field of social practice of people's actions. It refers to a series of gradual activities designed to achieve the goal of improving the quality of life and changing the situation of their own.
