Language opening report
The "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" project of the xx city, which was undertaken by our school, "The Experiment and Research on the National Small Language Series Test" was opened today. I. Basis for the proposal
For a long time, the teaching of Chinese language teaching has been plagued by the "high consumption and low efficiency" misunderstanding. The narrow reading, the poor reading level, the lack of language accumulation, and the weak language expression seem to have become the "language common problems" of primary school students. "How to effectively improve the quality of Chinese language teaching?" has plagued each of our language teachers.
In 2001, the "National Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards" formulated by the Ministry of Education clearly stated: "Chinese language courses should be devoted to the formation and development of students' language literacy." "...Chinese courses should foster students' thoughts and feelings of loving the motherland's language. To guide students to correctly understand and use the language of the motherland, enrich the accumulation of language, cultivate language sense, develop thinking, and enable them to have literacy, reading ability, writing ability, and oral communication ability to meet actual needs. Chinese courses should also pay attention to improving students. The cultivation of character and aesthetic taste makes them gradually develop a good personality and a sound personality, and promote the harmonious development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty." These narrations have consciously highlighted the "Chinese language literacy" and reformed the Chinese language teaching. It points out the research direction and provides a breakthrough point for exploring how to improve the quality of Chinese language teaching.
However, the formation and development of students' language literacy is far from enough in the content of Chinese textbooks. To enable students to learn Chinese well, students must stimulate students' interest in literacy, reading, memorization and study, and guide students to broaden their language learning channels. Encourage students to learn independently, read independently, and accumulate independently, cultivate students' love for the language of the motherland, develop students' thinking, and let students develop good study habits from childhood. However, in the actual teaching time, due to the lack of specific normative and operational evaluation methods and activities, it is difficult to implement the specific requirements specified in the curriculum standards, especially the amount of extracurricular reading and language accumulation. In view of this, we put forward the research topic of "National Small Language Serialization Experiment and Research", and prepare to take effective and effective forms of activities to promote the overall improvement of students' language literacy.

1. Promote teachers to explore the law of Chinese language teaching. In the series of grading activities, because of the five aspects of literacy, writing, reading, memorizing, and working, there are certain links and rules between the various learning contents. 2. At present, there are 18 Chinese teaching and research groups. Teachers with college education or above account for 95% of all teachers. Most of the teachers have participated in quality class competitions above the district level. Teachers have a strong sense of scientific research, teaching concepts can keep pace with the times, and the level of educational theory is high. All of this has laid a solid foundation for our research.
Practical basis
1. This topic has been carried out in our school for nearly three years. We have accumulated some experience in the process of conducting various examinations, and we have also found some of the problems. This is to adjust the experimental direction and adopt more scientific and effective. The experimental measures to further carry out experimental research laid the corresponding foundation.
2. The school invested a certain amount of manpower and financial resources, prepared the supplementary teaching materials needed by the experimental research institute, purchased books rich in content suitable for children's reading, and printed the corresponding examination certificate to ensure the time for conducting experimental research. The first stage: May 2006 - July 2007
In the course of experimental research, we will arrange the various examinations in each grade stage according to the rules and characteristics of the students' learning language, and carry out the examination activities step by step. The first and second grades focus on literacy and writing, and the third grade focuses on writing, reading, and memorizing. The fourth and fifth grades focus on reading, memorizing, and studying. At this stage, our research focuses on literacy and writing.
Second stage: August 2007 - July 2008
At this stage, we will continue to conduct in-depth research on the basis of the previous research stage, and guide teachers to adopt various scientific and effective ways to carry out Chinese teaching, mobilize reading enthusiasm, and combine with the examination level in a timely manner to encourage students to constantly new to themselves. The third stage: August 2008 - July 2019
At this stage, we will guide teachers to actively summarize their exploration, discovery and reflection in the course of the experiment, and encourage teachers to study in action and grow in research. Tracking the changes in students' overall learning ability after participating in the examination and how to organize reading and literacy examinations in an effective way, the specific requirements for the reading and literacy of students in the curriculum standards will become the research focus of this stage.
The fourth stage: August 2019 - March 2019
At this stage, we will focus on the changes in language expression ability after a large number of readings, avoiding the influence of exam-oriented education, guiding and encouraging students to write personalized and creative articles, and thinking about how to conduct scientific examinations in a scientific and effective way. Promote student work and improve the overall language learning ability.

In this stage, we continue to carry out various test experiments on the one hand, focusing on the research situation of the previous stage, analyzing and researching, discovering problems, analyzing problems, sorting out ideas, sorting out research results, and forming research reports.

1.
