I. Brief description

Design Planning is an emerging comprehensive interdisciplinary discipline that studies how to ensure the goodness and efficiency of design and how to guide the development of the design. Under the circumstance that the concept of designing scientific planning has become the consensus of modern design circles, the understanding and research of design planning in China's industry has not kept pace with the development of design. In view of the current situation of design education in China, this book will propose a set of scientific and effective design and planning methods for the teaching aspect of the subject. In order to provide a necessary guidance for design students to understand the design in depth and to better master the design method.

2. Academic value analysis

1. Selection basis

The plan has gradually become a prominent school today, from national affairs to personal life, and it is inseparable from all aspects of society. All kinds of successful projects of various sizes are largely consciously or unconsciously. Imported and implemented the corresponding project activities. The rise of planning science is the general trend of resource integration in the era of knowledge economy. Reflecting in the field of art design, we can find that the project also has great development space: how to design, how to ensure good design, which requires scientific investigation and research, requires accurate analysis and positioning, and requires detailed design basis. It requires reasonable organizational arrangements. These work, which is different from the "design" that we usually understand, and the style of the design, is the content of the design plan. There is a methodological problem in how to properly design a project. In the context of the current academic mainstream, the design plan should open up the barriers between design disciplines and provide effective method support for successful design.

In the design of advanced countries, there has been a certain degree of research on design projects. Especially in the research of design methods, more mature results have been obtained, and some effective methods have emerged, such as technical prediction method, scientific analogy method, system analysis design method, creative design method, logic design method, signal analysis method, similar design method. , simulation design method, finite element method, optimization design method, reliability design method, dynamic analysis design method, fuzzy design method, etc. These methods focus on different professional design directions, while design projects face different design disciplines, and more need is an integrated flexible problem-solving planning method. This requires us to refine the existing methodological group from the characteristics of the project itself, and summarize a set of design plans to adapt to the current situation.

2. Innovation and difficulty

This paper will refer to the results of management decision-making methods and related design methods, and try to find a set of methodologies for cross-professional design projects that are clear and feasible for Chinese designers.

This article is dedicated to providing design programmers with easy-to-manage and easy-to-communicate and communicate with professional designers from a concise point of view. This method is required to be useful not only for the planning of professional design teams, but also for the design work of individual designers. This requires a careful selection, reasonable arrangement, and scientific and comprehensive treatment to create a set of efficient planning methods for the current state of design in China. Although the relevant foreign achievements have matured, how to sum up the ideal planning method in many different angle-oriented methods requires us to deeply understand and understand all the known methods, and at the same time understand the working rules of our design majors. In order to achieve cross-professional effectiveness.

This article has certain difficulties. First of all, in the theoretical analysis and research of the project, it is necessary to establish a correct understanding and understanding of the plan, and then clarify the concept of the design plan. The design plan and its methodology will be further elaborated on the research methodology of the design project. In view of the fact that there is no in-depth systematic research on design projects in China, the content of this book is basically the first discussion of this issue. It faces the lack of relevant experience and theoretical reference, so it requires the author's current practice. Summarize and deepen the research results of sexual data and related disciplines.

The biggest difficulty of this paper lies in the collection of data. There is a lack of relevant domestic data and the lack of communication climate in this direction. Due to the imperfection of the Internet information system of our institute and the consideration of technology confidentiality, it is also difficult to access from the Internet. Get the ideal information on the web. Authors can only get the information they need from bookstores, libraries and other professional teachers and classmates. Of course, the direct information of this research direction is very lacking, and more is to collect the information needed from other research results. The research of the method is a topic with a wide range of topics. It also needs to be compared and explored in many fields. The leap research from one subject to another requires rapid transformation of thinking and repeated adjustment of viewpoints. This also poses great challenges to the author's research skills, thinking style, academic vision and knowledge accumulation.

3. Feasibility and rationality of the research program

Due to the limitations of international design exchanges and the special circumstances of China's design industry, especially the closure and lag of domestic design education, the industry's understanding of the design method is not deep enough, and there is still a complete set. A concise and easy to use design plan approach in teaching and practice. According to preliminary investigations, only a few related works in the current academic circles are limited to a brief introduction to some Western design methods and procedures. They are not systematically elaborated from the planning level, and the market is cumbersome. The books are mainly from the aspects of marketing and business management, and do not have practical guidance for the design projects of design majors. Therefore, it is urgent to have such a set of professional design methods and their works. To a certain extent, the emergence of this book will play a role in filling the gaps in teaching books in the emerging discipline of design planning. From the technical point of view, the completion of this book is also quite feasible. In the teaching of the design planning course in the past few years, a lot of fresh practical and empirical data has been accumulated for it. The education structure of the branch has also prepared for the full human and material resources for this interdisciplinary research project.

4. Expected results

The expected number of words in this book is 120,000 words, divided into two major versions of theory and method. It only describes the relevant content of the design project, and more importantly, the concept and method of designing the project. The scope of the study mainly includes management, decision-making, epistemology, methodology, creativity, psychology, behavioral organization, anthropology, sociology, design, history and many other subject areas, and will eventually complete a scientific and effective method. A professional book with a program, a large number of vivid cases and practical instructions. Now the work of this book has been completed in the data collection phase. During the next three months, I will analyze and summarize the data collected to complete the improvement of the method.
