Tour of Norway

Looking back on the two-month trip to Norway, there are many feelings. From the tension and excitement just arrived, to the slightest disappointment at the time of separation; from the beginning of the uneasiness, to the later life is gradually handy, in just eight weeks, the harvest is a lot. This first job, the first trip abroad, did not bring me too much professional study and training, but it was an extraordinary experience and experience, let me have a preliminary understanding of the country's customs, experience I have lived alone in a foreign land. Although there is no beautiful rhetoric decoration, it is my real experience and real feelings. It is all about the real thing in my heart. There is no false big-spoken language, and what I ask is only to introduce you to me in the country. Two months of work and life, mutual communication is a principle of Einst.

The city I went to Molde is a small town with only 20,000 people, but it is still the capital of a province. As we all know, the fjord is Norway's most famous scenery, while the Molde, which is backed by the mountains, faces the Molde Fjord, Norway's second-wideest fjord, which leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean. The first feeling here is that there are fewer people, and then the beauty of the environment. The city is slender, like a long, narrow ribbon between the mountain and the sea. Walking on the only main road in the city, looking to the side is the blue water, the other side is the green hills and the villas on the mountainside. The first feeling here is that there are fewer people, and then the beauty of the environment. On the street, I feel that the seagulls are more than the pedestrians.
The houses here are very short and very delicate. Except for the church, I have never seen more than four stories. And the house was very new and clean. At first I thought it was thanks to the clean and pollution-free air of Norway. Later I learned that every summer is the season of painting, and every family has to reorganize their house. Again. It is not almost the same as the domestic gray, but all kinds of colors, red, white, blue, yellow, green, the house is like a child's building blocks, with blue sky clear water and blue mountains and trees Like a fairy tale world.
The beauty of Norway is purely natural and not artificially processed, and Norwegians are very happy to enjoy this natural beauty. The Norwegian's biggest hobby is fishing, not the kind of fishing on the edge of the lake, but driving a boat to the center of the fjord or the sea. In addition, hiking, hunting, skiing, etc. are also their hobbies. I have to say that these hobbies are almost unimaginable for ordinary people in China.
The climate here is very pleasant, especially in summer, the average temperature is only a dozen degrees, plus the humid sea breeze blowing, so in the summer you need jackets and even coats. And because Molde is by the sea, winter is not very cold. There is also a very interesting phenomenon, although it is not a very strict ambiguity, but in this place with more than 62 degrees north latitude, the longest time in the morning is still very bright, so that I have never had the chance to meet Norway. What the moon looks like.

The high welfare of the Nordic countries is world-famous, and this high-welfare society has also created the leisure and peace of mind of the Norwegian people. In this case, people's friendship and tolerance are natural. Usually on the road, there are often strangers who are on the way to greet you, or you take the initiative, a Hello past, will welcome each other's friendly smile. Here, I don’t feel racial discrimination. Maybe the locals are curious about foreigners, but they are absolutely friendly. In the 1970s and 1980s, during the civil strife in Sri Lanka, Norway accepted many Sri Lankans who had fled the past. One of my colleagues came here to settle down because of the LTTE’s persecution.
At the same time, the people here are also self-disciplined and high-ranking. Take the crossing road as an example. You can go boldly. No matter what the situation, the car always stops and lets so that I always stop at the same time as the car. You let me and I let you. Norwegians love to drink, especially beer. I went out to eat two meals with my boss. He always had a big beer. Don't look at Norway's usual gentleness. I heard that when I was drunk, I didn't feel embarrassed, but I didn't have the chance to see it, and this kind of opportunity was hard to come by. There is a very interesting rule here, that is, the store is not allowed to sell alcohol after 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday is after 6 pm.

The company I work for, Brunvoll AS, is a company that manufactures ship propellers, not very large, with more than 170 employees. I don't know because I am just a college student who hasn't graduated yet, or is it really as the boss said. Because there was no one in the Norwegian vacation season, there was no work to do, and I didn't have time to come. Give me training, anyway, just to find a job for me, I have neither the quantity nor the quality requirements, nor what I want to bring to the company. I worked as an assembler for the first two weeks, a circuit board and test for another three weeks, and I took the office for some data and statistics during the last three weeks. But there is no such difference in their eyes, work is the same leisure, and emphasizes equality for all. The salary here is not given monthly, nor is it an annual salary or a weekly salary. Instead, it is charged by the hour, and the card is sent to work and then swiped. At the end of the month, the total amount of work for one month calculated in the card reader is given to the money, accurate to the minute. There doesn't seem to be a quantitative request, just by time, as long as you get so much time in a day, you can get so much money. It is entirely conscious to work seriously. You are very efficient, and there is no extra reward for doing more work in one day. If the day's work is done ahead of time, there will be losses. It feels like we are doing a lot of work during the big pot meal. Moreover, the difference in salary levels is very small. The lowest level cleaners have more than 200,000 krona per year, while the managerial figures are four hundred and fifty thousand a year. Plus the tax rate adjustment, the gap is really small, no. Like domestic. And the concept of high welfare also creates the stability of people's work. It is said that after hiring a person in Norway, it is not good to dismiss him. There are many people who have worked in a company for a lifetime. At a luncheon at our company, two people were awarded for their work here for 25 and 30 years. And I heard that everyone's year-end awards are the same, it is completely equal and people-oriented.

However, we must see that these gaps with us are not only due to differences in economic conditions, but our population, climate, and geographical conditions are doomed to be impossible to become like Norway. In terms of pollution, the gap between us and us is not only because of the so-called people's temperament, but at least this is not the whole reason. I always hear people say that our people don't pay attention to public health, and how high the foreigner's quality is. It's not always true. There are also many people on the streets of Norway who are throwing cigarettes and littering. The water on the shore is often seen. Traces of factory emissions. And why their environment looks so good, I think one of the main reasons is that there is too little population, exaggerated to say that even if everyone loses a cigarette but throws waste paper, the total amount is very small, and the damage to the environment is also limited. Norway has a total of more than 4 million people, 700,000 in the capital Oslo, another 300,000 in Bergen, 100,000 in Trondheim, and the rest of the vast area is no one.
However, we should be sure of the progress we have made. In the country, I may not know the true face in it. When I went abroad, I really felt the foreigner’s evaluation of us. They are positive about China's progress and development. I don't think this is a polite word. Many Norwegians have told me that some places in China, such as the coast and the south, have approached or reached the standards of Western society, especially Shanghai and Beijing, and they have been praised as developed countries. A Norwegian colleague once told me that China will catch up with developed countries in three or four years. I also blew the cows with "modesty": it is unlikely in three or four years, ten years -_- but their understanding of China is also Generally speaking, China is still mysterious and unknown in their eyes. It seems that their understanding of mainland China is limited to Beijing, Shanghai and the Great Wall. Norwegian friends also told me that the main factor restricting China's development is the population, but they only know that there are many Chinese people, but they don't know much. When I say that it is 1.3 billion, they are surprised to pull the index. And to change the word billion to Norwegian to understand, and when I said that the city I studied in Tianjin has a population of more than two Norway, they all open their mouths.

There are still some unpleasant things, and we can see that our Chinese are not very high abroad. When I transferred to the customs at Copenhagen Airport, the Japanese and Koreans in front of the same group went smoothly, and finally arrived at me. The immigration officer took my passport and overturned the view, and then said: Your visa is a bit problematic. You wait a minute to wait. After a while, after the last few people passed, he came out and told me to go to the office with him. I asked my visa what the problem was. He said: You have a file or a contract to prove the legality of your work. ? I was stupid. At the time, I was negligent. These files were checked directly into Norway in a large suitcase. I told him and said that there might be a scanned copy of the notebook in my carry-on bag. He asked me to show it to him and take my passport to photocopy. When I turned on the computer, I found out that there was nothing. When I was at a loss, I thought that I had a phone call and a contact number from the company owner. I was busy giving it to him. After he called to Norway, I was able to enter.
Afterwards, I thought that the contract and other materials were submitted to the issuing authority when applying for a visa. Since the visa was granted, I have the entry qualification, and the materials are legal. When I entered the customs, I submitted the visa to the customs. Why do I need it? I will provide the application materials again. Why do I only take special care of me, just because I am taking a Chinese passport? Only at this time, for the first time, I really felt the strong desire to hope for the motherland’s strength and the determination to strive for glory for the motherland.
However, their extra care for the Chinese is also due to the large number of Chinese immigrants, especially illegal immigrants, who have to be censored. Objectively speaking, they are not discrimination, but stereotypes, and even a precautionary measure under the fear of facts. Because the Danish Customs did not deliberately harass me, but wanted to fully and completely determine, it may be a bit similar to the meaning of "cup bow and snake shadow". Therefore, I feel that people in foreign countries represent not only individuals, but also the image of the whole Chinese. Every move affects not only themselves, but also the later compatriots. In the past, the image of the motherland may have been damaged by individuals. It is precisely because of this that we should communicate more with the outside world. It is not a life of coveting foreign ease, but a communication to let the world know us correctly and establish China. The correct image of man changes the prejudice of the world to us. I think this is also a goal of Einster.
