In the meat market in Nehe, I looked at all of its meat sales outlets, including 17 pork sales outlets, seven beef sales outlets, and six lamb sales outlets. After comparison, the pork color of a pork sales point is much darker than the rest of the pork, and the price is much cheaper than other stores. I feel embarrassed, but the owner can get proof of the quarantine station. So I found the quarantine station and asked the clerk. They also felt suspicious and went to the store with me. With the help of professionals, it finally came to the fore: the store forged the official seal of the quarantine station and illegally sold the sick meat to the public. The store has 473 pounds of pork, accounting for 10.29% of the total market, which is extremely harmful. Fortunately, in time, the store's meat was not sold, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable. At present, the store has been seized by relevant departments according to law.
Another survey cannot be ignored. The market now has 4,123 kilograms of meat per day. In recent days, the daily sales of meat in this market is about 3,300 kilograms, which means that the daily surplus of meat is more than 800 kilograms. Everyone knows that fresh meat is delicious, but it is still inevitable to buy some " yesterday's meat", and if it is not handled well, it will easily deteriorate. I will report this to the quarantine station and advise them to sign the meat to the point of sale. They have decided to start from tomorrow, reduce the amount of 800 kilograms a day, and appropriately reduce the meat that enters the market to ensure that the public eat fresh meat!
