Social practice and investigation of summer vacation for all students

The school league committee has unified the research plan, and each department organizes students to go to rural areas, streets, factories, mines, enterprises and other units or departments for social practice or social research during the summer vacation. Each student has written a corresponding investigation report on the basis of comprehensive understanding of basic education, cultural construction, economic construction, and policy implementation in the form of visits, investigations, and symposiums.

First, the activity content

1. Conduct in-depth investigations and visits in China, to understand the current situation of basic education in the local area, especially the status quo of basic education in rural areas.

2. Understand the employment situation of the graduates of our school and the feedback from the employers on the graduates of our school.

3. Visiting the advanced grassroots party members around the investigation to understand the grassroots party building work.

4. Students in rural areas conduct in-depth investigations into the income status of farmers after exemption from agricultural taxes, as well as other problems currently existing in rural areas.

5. Urban students go deep into the community to investigate the living conditions of low-income households in urban residents and the measures taken by the government to improve their quality of life.

6. Investigate and understand the construction situation of the rural areas in the area and the status quo of reform.

7. Carry out warming activities. Providing public welfare services for the communities in which they are located, such as military and martyrs, elderly people living with disabilities, disabled people, laid-off workers and other social assistance objects to solve life problems, helping community management departments to carry out propaganda and consultation work, and participating in volunteer work of community organizations.

Second, the specific requirements

Students in our school are required to join the practice survey activities. After the start of the school, they must submit a social practice report or survey report of no less than 1,500 words. A number of advanced individuals and several "excellent practice reports" will be awarded prizes and certificates to cancel the annual evaluation qualifications for students who fail and do not participate in the event.

Third, the activity content

The activities should be in line with the theme of “learning gratitude, experience, growth, building a harmonious society”, with family role experience, social role experience, professional development, special practice services and service community action as the main content, and in the course of the activity. We will strive to build a group of social practice activities bases, post experience practice bases and service community platforms based on long-term mechanisms and distinctive features.

Family experience. Guided by grateful parents and returning to the family, during the summer vacation, they will be engaged in housework for not less than two weeks. The specific labor includes daily meals, cleaning of hygiene, and other housework. In addition, it is emphasized that one of the parents and grandfathers and grandparents must be washed one foot and deeply understand the hardships of the elders. The purpose is to make students realize that serving the society must start from returning to the family. Family as the basic cell of society is an indispensable part of the socialization process of students.

Social experience

Role experience. Guided by cognitive society and understanding of society, relying on a school, a community or an enterprise or institution to engage in social work for more than one day in a specific position. It is necessary to combine self-reality, revitalize various social relations, take the initiative to attack, broaden channels, carry out post experience, social part-time work, work-study and other activities to create more practical opportunities.

Social Survey. The investigation is aimed at a social problem or a collection of social phenomena, and through the in-depth study of the investigation results, some opinions are put forward. Therefore, social investigation is to use dialectical materialism to conduct an in-depth study of a certain thing or a problem. Careful and thorough investigation and comprehensive analysis, and systematically and faithfully organize the results of these surveys and analyses into written texts. Generally speaking, the contents of the survey report are: title, lead, fact sheet, data statistics, rational analysis, summary and conclusions or countermeasures, suggestions, and attached materials. The resulting structure of the survey report includes the title, lead, body, ending and payment. The school will evaluate the survey report.
