In order to expand their knowledge, expand their contact with society, increase their experience in social competition, exercise and improve their abilities, so that they can truly enter the society after graduation and be able to adapt to the economic situation at home and abroad. Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned can be useful. The more China's economy is connected to the outside world, the higher the demand for talents. We don't just learn the knowledge we have learned in school, we must continue to live from life. During the period of practice, we walked through the streets to contact a variety of people and things, which are not felt in the school. In the school, there may be teachers assigned to say what to do today, what to do tomorrow. But here, no one will tell you this, you have to know what to do, do it yourself, and do your best to do your best. In school, there is only a learning atmosphere. After all, school is a place for learning. Every student is working hard to achieve higher results. Whether it is learning or working, there is competition. I remember that the teacher once said that the university is a small society, but I always feel that the innocence is always on the campus. The sincerity, even in colleges and universities, students still retain the identity of the students. In contact with the newly graduated schoolmates, they always said that they should cherish the time at school. In this practice, I feel very deep. In school, there are many theoretical studies, and they are multi-faceted. They are almost all-inclusive. In actual work, you may encounter books that you have not learned. It may be that the knowledge in the book is not used at all.

Looking back at this social practice, I learned a lot. I learned a lot of social experience from everyone I contacted, and my ability has also improved, and these are not learned in school.

It is a long-term practice to be good at communicating with others in society. The lack of opportunities to work before, so that I will not respond when I talk to others, will make the conversation a cold, this is very embarrassing. People in society will be integrated into the society. People work together to do things, making them more harmonious in their work, and doing more with less. The opinions that others give you, you must listen, be patient, and accept with humility.

Have confidence in your work. Confidence is not a numb boast, but an affirmation of one's ability. Lack of social experience, lack of academic qualifications and other reasons will make you lack confidence. In fact, whoever has a life sentence can do anything, as long as you have confidence, you can overcome psychological barriers, then everything becomes easy to solve.

The accumulation of knowledge is also very important. Knowledge is like the blood of a person. When people lack blood, their bodies will weaken, people will lack knowledge, and their minds will be exhausted. The brewing industry that I contacted is very strange to me. If you want to do a good job, you must understand this knowledge and have an in-depth understanding of all aspects to better apply it to your work.
