In recent years, with the rapid development of the industrial economy in our region, the work of scientific and technological progress has improved rapidly, and a number of provincial and municipal high-tech product groups and high-tech enterprise groups with regional characteristics have been initially formed, which has promoted the development of the regional economy. However, in accordance with the new requirements of the scientific development concept, jumping out of Jingkou to see Jingkou, the high-tech industry in our district, whether qualitative or quantitative, has a considerable gap compared with advanced regions. First, the degree of large-scale high-tech industries is low, and the contribution of technological innovation to economic development is not high. Second, the strength of independent innovation of enterprises is not strong, and the ownership rate of independent intellectual property rights is not high, which is inconsistent with the rapid development of knowledge economy; Some industrial enterprises are relatively backward in industrial structure, and the technical content and added value of products are not high. Faced with the gap in scientific and technological work in our district, the key is to guide the scientific and technological work under the new situation with the scientific development concept, and strengthen regional scientific and technological innovation around the development goal of the new industrialization road.

First, integration and upgrading to create a competitive industry with competitive advantages

Accelerating the integration and upgrading of the superior industries led by high and new technology, forming an industrial supporting radius with high-tech products as the mainstay, supplemented by supporting products and semi-finished products, is the key to optimizing regional industrial structure and improving the quality and efficiency of economic growth. Fourth, patent innovation, research and development of high-tech products with independent intellectual property rights

Innovation requires different manufacturing capabilities than existing traditional manufacturing capabilities, but fierce competition with independent intellectual property rights.
