Being a teacher for the first time is a very challenging and tempting thing for me. The development of teaching internships, guiding me is the school's senior teachers, education frontline workers, and also a very responsible teacher. We divide the internship into two phases:

In this week, I am fully familiar with the Chinese textbooks of the third grade of the National Primary School, listen carefully to each lesson of the instructor, do a good job in each class, communicate with the teacher after class, and openly ask for advice, and understand the requirements and teaching of classroom teaching. process. Constantly reflect and carefully understand every detail of the teacher in the classroom, and the meaning contained in this detail. Because every action in the classroom is for teaching. This is a sentence that the instructor often emphasizes. I also listened to some competition classes, open classes, and quality classes. After discussing with the instructor, more is the teacher's guidance. Take advantage of the excellent ingredients of others as your own. It is the stage of combining imitation and learning.

The second stage is the class, my instructor is the senior teacher of the school, and is the class teacher of the second class in the third grade, so she gave me a lot of classes, and the class time assigned to me is also a lot, which makes I have more opportunities for exercise. The number of times on the podium naturally increases. There are up to three classes in a day, usually two classes. So there is a lot of time for communication. In the place where the work is not done well, the teacher pointed out in time. In addition, after class, carefully study the textbooks, write the lesson plans, and do the courseware. In this process, I have done my dedication, dedication, hard work, no shouting, no responsibility, and every task, leading students to participate in various activities of the school.
