5, hospital knowledge, occupational exposure process.

Intravenous infusion, intramuscular injection, subcutaneous injection, intradermal injection, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, catheterization, placement of gastric tube, dressing change, sucking, etc.
V. Specific arrangements:
1. The first month of admission:
Familiar with the working environment, the duties of each class, the core system, the name of commonly used drugs, the name and dosage of first-aid drugs in hospitals, the six-step washing method, the occupational exposure process, the isolation and treatment of infectious diseases;
2. The second month:
Proficiency in 10 nursing operations and passing the assessment; the assessment content is determined by the teacher.
Sixth, the assessment applies:
The probation period is two months, and the labor contract can be signed through the examination.

Part 3: New Nurse Training Program
First, the 13 nurses are all female, aged 22 to 28 years old, including 1 assistant nurse, 3 nurses within 1 year of nursing age, 3 nurses aged 1 to 2 years, 2 years to 3 years of nursing age 3 nurses, 3 nurses aged 3 to 4 years. Nurses within 2 years of nursing age need to complete basic nursing operation training, and other nurses need to complete special nursing operation training.
Second, the arrangement of the table design on the computer using Excel worksheets, one-year training time in the order of the month, vertical arrangement of the training of the operation items, the row and column of cells to write a list of nurses to be trained.
III. Methods At the beginning of each training year, the head nurses of the department shall, according to the training plans of nurses at all levels, uniformly prepare the “Basic Table of Nurses' Operational Skills Training and Assessment at All Levels”. Fill in the items to be trained in the form item column. The item arrangement is filled in the order of the nurses' annual training plan for each level, and each level is a paragraph. In the form name field, fill in the list of all nurses who will be involved in the training program during the month. If a certain level of nurses need to complete a number of training programs in the month, they can merge the columns of the training programs and fill in the list of nurses. Part 4: New Nurse Training Program

Through learning, it will improve the legal concept and standardize the practice behavior.
4. Strictly abide by the rules and regulations: organize the study of various rules and regulations, as well as the post responsibility system, relevant hospital regulations and work systems, and the "medical care technology operation routine" as the main content, fully understand the rigor of nursing work, and require nurses to continue with medical reform. In-depth, reviewing the daily nursing work from a legal point of view, especially paying more attention to the potential legal issues in the work.
