The office equipment management is extensive, and the choice of computers, copiers, and printers does not meet the requirements of energy saving and high efficiency; there is still a phenomenon of high energy consumption in official vehicles. Second, the energy conservation management system and system need to be improved. We have not set up special energy-saving management positions and full-time personnel in our department; the energy consumption quotas and expenditure standards of public institutions have not yet been determined, the energy consumption statistics system needs to be improved, and there is no effective energy reporting system and energy conservation assessment system. Energy conservation and other aspects have not yet established an effective incentive and restraint mechanism, and the energy conservation management work has not yet formed a scientific and standardized management system. Third, the awareness of energy conservation needs to be strengthened. Some units in our department have not paid enough attention to energy conservation work. Some cadres and workers have not yet developed good energy-saving habits, lacking the initiative and consciousness of saving energy, and the phenomenon of wasting energy resources still exists to a certain extent.
