National Teacher Training Program
In accordance with the spirit of the “Guiding Opinions on the Training of All-Students in the Rural China Small Teachers Quality Improvement Project in Zhenhai District”, under the organization and leadership of the higher-level departments, the school launched the “Teacher and Teacher Career” course from August XX to the end of April XX. Full staff training . In order to effectively improve the quality improvement training of teachers in our town, and constantly improve the professional ethics of teachers, the curriculum training program of "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" was specially formulated.
I. Training Objectives Through training , teachers are encouraged to know the basic system and content of teachers' professional ethics in the new era, deeply understand the connotation, characteristics, functions and basic requirements of teachers' professional ethics in the new era, and deeply think about what kind of divisions should we advocate in the new era. De, from the perspective of teacher occupation, correctly understand the urgency and practical significance of teacher professional development, update educational concepts in a timely manner, enhance the confidence and motivation of development, and significantly enhance teachers' professional ethics.

Fourth, the training format is carried out in a combination of centralized training and school-based training .
The centralized training time is one day, and the district teacher training school is responsible for implementation. Concentrated training strives to be meticulously organized, full participation, strict attendance, and strive to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training . It is necessary to combine learning materials to help teachers clarify the key points and difficulties of learning, strengthen study guidance, urge teachers to take reading notes, and continuously improve learning efficiency. Based on teachers' educational practice, it emphasizes teachers' independent learning and attaches importance to teachers' practice reflection. Carefully organize various school-based training activities, so that teachers can feel the activities, from perception to comprehension, from comprehension to action, and gradually form new educational concepts and educational behaviors.
V. Training arrangements
1. Preparation stage.
The main work:
1) Investigate the bottom of the survey, and on this basis, determine the training content, training format, and develop the "Teacher's and Teacher's Career" curriculum training program.
2) Formulate the training and evaluation form for the "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" course.
3) According to the "Guiding Opinions on the Training of Rural China's Small Teachers' Quality Improvement Projects in Zhenhai District" and "Zhenhai District's "Teachers and Teachers' Occupation" Course Training Program", combined with the actual situation of the school, the "Teacher's and Teacher's Occupation" curriculum is formulated. The school-based training program was reviewed and confirmed by the Zhenhai Teacher Training School in the Zhenhai Teacher Training School before February 17, XX.
4) Recommend a school-based training counselor for the "Teacher's and Teacher's Occupation" course, and report it to the Zhenhai Teacher Training School of the Moral Education Department for review and confirmation before January 13, XX.
2. Implementation phase.
The main work:
1) Counselor training . On January 23, XX, the school-based training instructor of the "Teacher's and Teacher's Occupation" course went to Fenghua to participate in the training , and listened to the expert guidance lectures of the Provincial Teacher Training Center.
2) Organize centralized training .
Time: 8 am.
Venue: Camel Center School Report Hall
Target audience: All the in-service teachers at the Jiulonghu Town Center: The teacher of the teacher training team requires: carefully record the lectures

3) Organize school-based training .
From 2' to April of XX, the school-based training program of the "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" course was seriously implemented, and at least 6 school-based training activities were carefully organized. The focus was on organizing teachers' theoretical study in the "New Age Teacher Professional Ethics Training". Contact them to conduct exchanges and discussions, explore typical cases for in-depth research, conduct targeted selection of topics to carry out teacher-deliberation discussions, and combine with school-based teaching and research activities and teacher political learning activities, and attach importance to the process management of teacher-school-based training . Each teacher must submit at least 3 training assignments. The attendance and operation status of the training teachers should be recorded in the training assessment form in time, and the training assessment form should be submitted as required.
3. Evaluation stage.
The main work:
1) Written exams. At the end of April, the organization closed the exam, mainly to examine the teacher's mastery of the theoretical knowledge of the curriculum, the provincial unified proposition, the district training school to organize examinations, scoring. Teachers who fail the exam are allowed to retake the exam, but they must be rebuilt before the exam. The teacher who cheated in the exam was not qualified for the course and was recorded.
2) Process assessment. The comprehensive evaluation of the training process is given mainly through the observation records of the learning attitude, the quality of the work and the attendance during the training of the participating teachers. At the end of April, the training appraisal form of the "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" course was completed and the teacher of the district was handed over to the moral education department of the school.
3) Credit registration. After the process appraisal and the written appraisal are passed, the training certificate is issued by the training school, and the corresponding credits are recorded in the continuing education registration manual. The "Teacher's and Teacher's Occupation" is 36 credits. If the assessment is unqualified, the continuing education credits cannot be registered.
4) Summary evaluation. At the end of April XX, the training archives of "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" were established. At the same time, the training of the "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" course was summed up in time for the teacher's training in the school's moral education department.
