First, the guiding ideology

Guided by Deng Xiaoping's educational theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", according to the spirit of the city and district principals' training and teacher training programs, combined with the requirements of the new round of basic education curriculum reform and the reality of our school's education and teaching work, focusing on teachers The improvement of comprehensive quality, professional level and the construction of a more reasonable faculty structure to serve the needs of curriculum reform is based on the overall development of students. In order to make teachers become capable of sustainable development and independent development, new teachers with lifelong learning and educational innovation capabilities lay the foundation.

Second, the overall goal

1. Improve ideological and political quality, professional ethics, run schools according to law, educate according to law, and launch a group of teachers and teachers who respect and love students.

1. All staff training

Promote the transformation of all teachers' educational theories, educational methods, and teaching methods.

Content: Political thought and teacher moral education, new development of teaching reform, exploration and study of education and teaching practice.

Ways: lectures, seminars, study tours, etc., combined with self-study, focusing on practical activities.

Timing: Every Friday, political business study, from time to time to participate in seminars at all levels.

Functional departments: the principal's office, the teaching office, the teaching department, and the teaching and research groups.

2. Academic education

Objective: Encourage teachers to participate in undergraduate training and further improve their academic qualifications.

Content: Professional knowledge, education, psychology, and education management in various disciplines.

Way: Self-education.

3. Youth teacher job training

New teacher who has worked for less than three years

The goal is to make the teachers who have just graduated to school adapt to the actual situation of education and teaching in our school as soon as possible, and help young teachers to become familiar with the education and teaching business as soon as possible, to be qualified for post work and to improve the quality of the teaching staff.

Content and requirements of teachers' professional ethics, education regulations, school management system, class teacher work, education routines, new curriculum concepts and education and teaching art. Under the arrangement of the school, the young teachers should be the backbone teachers, carefully ask the master, and ask the master to guide the class teacher to work, listen to the evaluation class and check the lesson plans. Young teachers should have no less than 30 sessions per semester.

Form of activity: a combination of reports, lectures, observations, discussions, and mentoring and pairing.

4. New course training

Forms of activities: lectures, seminars, etc., with the combination of teaching and research groups and preparation groups as a unit of concentrated learning and self-study.

Time: The time for each class in each grade is prepared.

5. Teaching and research activities


Objective: Through training , improve the education and teaching ability of all teachers, education and teaching research capabilities, improve the sense of innovation and self-development, and further improve the quality of school education.

Contents: 1) Each semester organizes teachers to collectively study the "Syllabus", "Course Standards", "Teaching Practices" and related articles on education and teaching theories.

2) Continue to strengthen teaching and research activities inside and outside the school. There are plans for teaching and research activities. Each activity has a theme, and activities have recorded attendance.

3) Organize autumn and spring teaching evaluation activities.

4) Organize about 10 school-wide teaching seminars per semester. Each activity is prepared by the teaching and research group and the preparation group. The lectures are given by the lecturers. All the teachers in each discipline participate in the lectures and evaluations, discuss the teaching methods and the teaching methods, and continuously enrich their understanding and improve the level of education and teaching.

5) Ask the relevant experts, teaching and research staff to come to the school for special lectures every academic year.

V. Safeguard measures

1. Set up a school-based training leadership group to build a school-based training management network. Establish an advisory group composed of principals and senior teachers to guide the training content, curriculum setting and training process.

2. Actively participate in various teaching and research activities. Each semester invites relevant education experts and teaching and research personnel to come to the school to give special lectures.
