New head nurse training program


In order to strengthen the management of the newly appointed guardian, improve management awareness and management ability, adapt to the nursing management work as soon as possible, and conduct pre-job training for the new head nurse to make the nursing management work more standardized.

Training Objectives: Through training , the new head nurse will understand the basic knowledge of modern management, the work content of the head nurses, and the quality inspection methods, so that the new head nurse's basic quality, management ability and business ability will be improved, familiar with and master the daily management of the head nurse. Methods and techniques to achieve a change in roles from nurse to head nurse.

Training department: Department of Nursing.

The nursing department arranges the director of the nursing department and the head nurse to conduct centralized training .

Training time: one week

Training content: knowledge related to nursing management.

The training courses include: (1) the basic quality requirements of the head nurse. (2) Head nurses' duties, work procedures, and work priorities. (3) Basic theory, techniques and methods of nursing management. (4) Head nurse management and coordination skills.
