In 2019, the teacher training work of our school combined with the relevant work deployment of Changchun City and Green Park, adhered to the principle of focusing on effectiveness, connecting with reality and basing on school-based, giving full play to the functions and advantages of school-based training , and creating a good lifelong education and sustainable development for teachers. The environment has created a team of teachers with high morality, high professional quality, complete teaching skills, basic teaching skills, and a certain ability to teach and research, and to adapt to the new curriculum reform needs in the new era.

Second, the training objectives

1. For all teachers, all members participate in the training and strengthen the teacher's awareness of “lifelong learning”.

1. Business training

Taking the research of the subject as the starting point, we will cultivate three research teams of moral education, teaching and administrative management, organize teachers to learn modern education and scientific research theory, guide teachers to master general scientific research methods, enhance teachers' scientific research consciousness, improve teachers' scientific research ability, and train teachers' Sustainability, leading teachers to truly enter the teacher professional development school. In the current semester, our school will continue to implement the “Humanistic Quality Development Project of the Eighty-seventh Middle School of Changchun City”. By integrating the cultural and artistic resources of the school and society, we will build a “reading series”, “discussion series”, “ training series” and “watching appreciation series”. Conduct relevant practical research to help teachers improve their moral cultivation and education.

According to the actual needs of teachers and the characteristics and requirements of subject teaching, teachers' learning psychology, education, and modern education theory are further organized so that teachers can use theory to guide education and teaching behaviors, and subject research as the main form to consolidate and broaden professional basic knowledge. All teachers have more solid professional knowledge, and create the necessary conditions for teachers, further improve the level of education, continue to enrich and update the subject knowledge, and complete the education and teaching tasks with solid professional knowledge.

According to the teacher's professional basic skills and professional basic skills requirements, carry out teaching practice and skills training , continue to carry out the "four levels, fight for four cups" activities, the classroom as the main position, reform teaching methods, optimize the classroom structure, improve classroom efficiency. 2. Self improvement

3. Backbone lead

Strengthen the team building of the backbone teachers of our school, give full play to the role of scientific research, and lay a good foundation for the establishment of famous brand and famous brand teachers. At present, our school has 7 provincial-level backbone teachers, 25 municipal-level backbone teachers, 9 municipal-level research backbone teachers, 55 district-level backbone teachers, and 18 district-level research backbone teachers, hoping to give them tasks and burdens. In this year, in conjunction with the District Training Department, the training of the fourth batch of key teachers in the district was not less than 100 hours, including 60 hours of theoretical study and 40 hours of practical activity training. 4. New teacher induction training
