Second, the training objectives:

Third, training measures:

1. Construct a scientific management mechanism for the class teacher team, and seize the three links of “selection, training , and motivation”, and continue to organize regular learning, on-site observation and investigation, class teacher basic skills competition, and new and old class teacher pairing activities. This school year also promotes the evaluation activities of the excellent class teacher theme team.

2. Realize the "two" transformation.

Various forms of propaganda from the meaning, purpose, form, and tasks of the training have enabled teachers to deepen their understanding of school-based training , clarify the importance of school-based training , and enhance the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in all training activities organized by the school. 3. Strengthen “three managements”.
