Guided by the Ministry of Education's Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of China's Small Class Teachers, the Department of Science and Development is responsible for guiding the training of class teachers, and thoroughly implementing the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors" and the Ministry of Education. Second, the training objectives:
