Second, the situation analysis
Through the joint efforts of the teachers of the whole park, the number of children in the park has reached more than 200. The development of the park is good, maintaining a good social reputation and a high quality of education. In recent years, we have always regarded teacher training as an important task for kindergartens . We have implemented stratified training, led by famous teachers, and guided by a series of activities such as teaching competition, and teachers have grown rapidly. However, at the same time, we also saw that to build a high-quality kindergarten , the requirements for teachers are also higher. During the development of the county-level planning project “Detailed Education of Daily Life Activities”, teachers were forced to continuously learn and improve in the education work, and further standardized the activities of kindergartens .
Third, the work objectives
Teachers are the foundation of kindergarten development. Combining the actual situation of our park, we regard teacher training as the key work of this semester. Starting from the education and scientific research work, strengthen the professional training of teachers. Pay attention to the process management of daily education and teaching, achieve fine management, and continuously improve the quality of education; carry out rich and colorful social activities, integrate kindergarten education into society, and develop the sociality of young children. At the same time, we will continue to build the kindergarten 's hardware and improve the decoration and equipment of the kindergarten .

Intensive teacher training
1. Strengthen the education of teachers' morality.
In order to become a good teacher, we must first become a teacher with good morality. In particular, kindergartens pay attention to the importance of education. This requires teachers to be caring and patient. Therefore, teacher education is the foundation of teacher growth.
Organize teachers to learn the various regulatory files of kindergartens .
