First, develop detailed and feasible plans at the beginning of the school.
In order to let the children really gain something during these twenty days, I negotiated with Teacher Wei Na and made a detailed plan. The project involves reading, writing, calligraphy, and ancient poetry, so that the work can be ruled. At the same time, in order to make the project play its due role, we will subdivide it into specific days and classes. Practice has proved that detailed and detailed planning has made our work in an orderly manner and achieved the desired results.

In the first 20 days, I will be serious about each day, and prepare each lesson in detail to ensure the efficiency of each class. As soon as I have time, I will actively collect relevant materials and make all the daily reading, writing, calligraphy, and ancient poetry into slides.
2. Strive to learn and entertain "two phases and harmony." In the process of learning content, I also told the children the story of "Little Pigs snoring", watching "Chinese Chronicles Story", and enjoying a series of contents such as "Ancient Poetry Animation" to make children learn and learn easily. .

I try my best to target the children, teach them in accordance with their aptitude, and let each child experience the joy of success.
4. Communicate with parents in a timely manner, listen to parents' suggestions, and adjust their own ideas.
Every day, I have to communicate with my parents to understand the situation of my child’s study yesterday, listen to my parents’ opinions, and improve my teaching. If parents ask to pay attention to the child's writing, some parents hope to improve the child's speed, and some hope to exercise the child's courage... I have made a record and trained in the teaching. The child's progress has been affirmed by the parents.

1. In reading, I completed 18 reading questions with my child. During the reading process, the children gradually understood that the reading question was very simple, and the answers were hidden in the article. As long as you read the article carefully, you can do it. it is good.
2, in terms of writing, we read comics together to write stories; learn how to add icing on the cake - write sentences specifically; watch cartoons, write stories; listen to stories, write after reading; continue to write stories; collectively create stories... unconsciously, Children's compositions are getting longer and longer, and more and more wonderful sentences are being made. I also specially printed the excellent works and beautiful sentences of the students into a book, leaving them with traces of growth.
3. In ancient poetry, the children recited a total of sixteen ancient poems depicting the four seasons, and also learned to sing four ancient poems. While recitation and singing, the children felt the beauty of ancient poetry and greatly stimulated the interest in learning ancient poetry.
4, calligraphy, insist that the children practice 20 minutes a day, starting from the basic strokes, learning the strokes, strokes and collection of each stroke. Adhere to encouragement and praise, give play to the guiding role of teachers, and pay attention to the quality of children's practice.
5. Organize children to write holiday harvests, rehearse programs, and let every child have a chance to show.
Insufficient: Of course, at work, I also found some areas for improvement.
1. In terms of calligraphy, reading, writing, and ancient poetry, the average exertion has not been focused. I think that calligraphy can be classified into brush calligraphy. The Chinese interest class focuses on the reading and writing of students, so that the students' income may be more obvious.
2. Reading and writing are somewhat separated, and the two should be mutually infiltrated and organically integrated.
3. In terms of composition, each child's work should be bound into a book, detailing the child's strengths and efforts, so that each child can understand his or her strengths and weaknesses and practice in a targeted manner.
