First, strict management, long-term unremitting

Although I only had a few months of training time, I asked them to take their badges every day, and the position of the badges should not be taken at random. This practice has been well received by school leaders. Military training is required every morning. In order to cultivate their hard-working spirit, I have also added physical training to them, which not only enhances physical fitness, but also exercises character.
