2012 class work summary
In the snow fluttering, 10 years have gradually drifted away. Looking back at the class work of this semester, I don’t feel a bit shameful. To be honest, maybe I was not suitable for the class teacher. I can continue to do this year. Maybe it is the leadership to take care of the face. Maybe it is a chance to give birth to a "life" opportunity. It’s just that the original League class is a teacher, but they can’t work together. They are very sad and feel sorry for them. If it is not for my class, they may have become famous. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to them for their hard work over the past two years.
During this semester, Teacher Wang Yuquan, Director Liu Yongfei, Director Huang Jide, Teacher Wu Lei, Tang Guangfa, Li Jianxin, and Tian Jizhou, braved the risk of destroying the name of the world, bravely took the nine classes, as the class teacher, I was taken by them. The dedication is deeply touched. Here, on behalf of the 62 classes of nine classes, I would like to pay a high tribute to the seven teachers who have worked hard for one semester!
In the ninth grade, there are ace classes and mixed classes. The nine classes belong to the latter. Most of the students have a feeling of nostalgia, and how about our teachers. Faced with these various thoughtful students, I can't find a good way to manage the class. In the face of difficulties, I carefully analyzed the situation of the class and sought to find favorable conditions for the class . The repeat students in the class, their goals are very clear, some students with better grades in each class, the self-motivated, the students with no goals, only a few, they can not. The student’s old feelings show that the students have feelings and know how to be grateful. Therefore, as long as the class cohesion is formed, the class work is still well carried out.
I know that it is necessary to let the class form a cohesive force quickly, and let the students produce the "I am nine people, I care for nine" psychological identity, one must rely on the class teacher to move them, and the second depends on activities to stimulate them. Touching the students, other teachers are doing better than me, and I dare not brag about myself. In terms of activities, the first is to encourage students to actively participate in various competitions organized by the school, so that they can glory for the class; the second is the small activities organized by the class or with the brothers, such as the 99-strong basketball friendly match, the New Year's Day party. When the players struggled on the court, when the cheerleaders shouted, when the students were crying with the song, I knew that my goal had been reached.
Forming a strong class organization is the key to doing a good job in class work. When I signed up, I began to look for candidates for class cadres. On the basis of checking the past performance of the students, I appointed a group of class cadres to create a class organization. After a month of trials, he again democratically campaigned for class cadres. In this way, the prestige of the class cadres has increased, and the sense of responsibility has also increased significantly. Later, together with the class cadres, they analyzed the class situation and guided the class cadres to carry out their work. In this way, the work ability of the class cadres has also been improved. The class began to move into orbit.
Strengthen the construction of class culture and promote the healthy development of the class . This semester, we set up a book corner and worked hard to build a book classroom. Establish a class honor wall to enhance students' sense of honor. Stick to the famous sayings and let every blackboard speak. Organize class forums to form the correct direction of public opinion.
Strengthen discipline education and formulate reward and punishment regulations. Adhere to the morning and evening self-study name system, so that students develop the habit of working on time. Adhere to the sales and leave system and effectively supervise the situation of each student.
The transformation of the late students is an important task for the class teacher and a task for the class teacher. In this issue, based on my own observations, I will determine the list of underachievers and, in accordance with the instructions of the school, break down the conversion tasks into people. Even so, I know that after the transformation, the class teacher is the first responsible person. I know that to transform into a student, we must first understand the undergraduates and analyze the reasons for their problems. Talking with the late students, making friends, and getting closer to the distance between teachers and students, so that the teacher's educational intentions can be realized in the after-school students. Now, the students in my class have seen me no longer bowing to avoiding. When I encounter things, I am willing to tell the teacher that the inferiority complex is gradually eliminated.
There are 25 students in my class. This part of the students, parents work outside the home, have less care and more psychological problems. Usually, I pay more attention to these students, and I ask the whole class to care about them and provide them with the help they can to make them feel the warmth of the class . Remind them, often communicate with their parents, learn to empathize, understand their parents' difficulties, and cherish learning opportunities. Now, these students can study and live happily.
In this issue, the nine classes also achieved some achievements in various activities held in the school. Zhang Bin and Kang Huihui and other four people won awards in the essay writing activities. Li Wenbo performed outstandingly in the speech. In the literary performance, there were three programs in my class to participate in the competition, and the class won the outstanding organization award.
