There are 5 villagers' groups of 266 households and 1003 people in Xinjiazhuang Village. There are more than 3,800 mu of cultivated land, and the per capita net income of farmers in XX is 4,558 yuan. The village “two committees” team, villager supervision committee, transfer committee, women, group organization and health team are well organized and functioning normally. Grain production is mainly based on the cultivation of mulch corn, and pepper and apple are the main agricultural economic industries. Relying on the county's “Tourism County” strategy and the development of “Tongtianhe” National Forest Park, the village has gradually established 6 farmhouses and farmhouse hotels, and the business is booming. The breeding industry is dominated by pigs and chickens, and there are few cattle and sheep stocks. Most of the villagers' pigs are mainly self-sufficient in Chinese New Year, and they are rarely traded as commodities. The income of the villagers is mainly pepper, apple and labor. The village has a total of 280 migrant workers, plus more than 200 people working in the factories near the county and town. The labor income accounts for half of the country. In response to the harvest of dried fruits such as peppers and walnuts caused by low-temperature frost disasters at the beginning of this year, the cadres and village cadres in the villages have made house-to-house visits, seminars, and conferences to study, and drafted a short-term labor service to catch pastoralism, traditional projects and entrepreneurship. After the development of the idea, we have successively formulated the three-year development plan for the village, the annual development target, and the detailed measures for the increase in the income of the farmers.
