1. Improve the organization network and strengthen team building.

2. Vigorously strengthen environmental sanitation work

In order to make the community environmental sanitation work more fine and better, at the beginning of the year, our community signed a labor and employment agreement with the cleaning staff, stipulated the duties of the cleaning staff, paid close attention to the management of the community environmental sanitation, and strictly cleaned up the community health corner. Every day, the community inspects the environmental sanitation of residents' courtyards and finds problems in a timely manner. The cleaning staff must complete the hygiene of their own pipe area on time every day. The wall surface of the garbage room and the surrounding sanitation are dirty and cleaned up in time. The daily garbage of the household garbage is cleared and there is no sanitary corner. During this period, our community has actively organized the mobilization of residents in the area. The public cleanup was carried out, and the activity of establishing a provincial-level sanitation city was actively resounded. The residents could take active actions. 3. Extensive publicity and education to create a good atmosphere.

In order to create a good atmosphere for the establishment of provincial-level health cities, we have carried out the publicity and launching of the creation of health in the community. 4. According to the standard requirements, do a good job of data compilation.

5. Strengthen prevention and control measures to ensure that the disease vector control work has achieved practical results.

In terms of anti-mosquito, we have completely eliminated the relevant areas according to local conditions, concentrated manpower and material resources, adopted sprayer drug killing methods, unified drug procurement, special management, unified time for residents' courtyards, public restrooms in various areas of the community, Sewers, poultry houses, garbage bins and other places are uniformly eliminated; in the rodent control work, unified organization, unified time, unified drug administration, detailed records, and the removal of debris from residents' courtyards in the community And stacking materials, blocking the gaps around the residents' houses, behind the house, and around the sewers. The daily garbage is cleared to the daily garbage, and the food source and water source of the rats are eliminated. In the fly-killing work, we increase publicity and pass the exhibition boards. Various forms such as propaganda columns and dissemination of publicity materials are used to guide the community residents to participate in the work. Focus on environmental clean-up, sort out the sanitation near the ditch and trash can, and eliminate the source of vector-borne organisms from the roots.

In the past six months, although we have achieved certain results, there are certain problems. In the future, we believe that under the correct leadership of the street office, with the joint efforts of all staff, and with the full support of the residents, the community's creation and health work will be more solid and the effect will be more obvious.
